The kitchen was open only until 10:00, so no coffee available after that, which was a bit inconvenient.

Host Davide is kind. When we arrived late because of the traffic, he waited for us patiently. He kindly introduced the room and kitchen, and recommended some delicious restaurants to us. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. There are Wi-Fi, TV and enough charges. Breakfast was provided and we can help ourselves in the kitchen. The metro station is just 5 mins walk, so it is convenient.

The quilt is a little thin for the cold night. The soundproofing of the room is not very good, you can hear the sound from next door. Although there is metro station nearby, the hotel is a little bit far from the center.

The property has an option for late check in, which is truly a blessing. There was a room service every day, and on the 2nd day our towels were changed.The room and the bathroom were always clean. Breakfast is provided by the over in a self service kitchen. Delicious coffee I must say! Location is very convenient, a few steps away from the metro station, and what’s important the neighbourhood isn’t noisy at night.

Nothing to complain about.

Positive, the host doesn't speak English, but she helps, and shows around regardless. Breakfast is well prepared, lots of options are available. There is daily cleaning, and help you with any other request as well if you need it (luggage or ironing e.g). I liked that there was someone around in the mornings, it makes it less impersonal. Metro is close, there are lots of shops around, including a supermarket.

The noise from the street is very loud unfortunately.

The triple room we have booked was spotlessly clean and spacious, it was cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was modern and equipped with all things you'll ever need. There was various food for breakfast (enough to fill the energy for a long walk around Rome). The apartment is close to the bus stop (in front of the church) from where you can catch bus nr.80 to the city centre, but you can also take metro from Libia station (5 min walking).

Nothing to mention.

Great selection of breakfast and coffee. Close to the Train/bus stations. Great communication, they even reached out to me when i got to the airport to check and make sure I would be able to get to the B&B and gave me instructions on how to get in the B&B.

Nothing, I had an excellent experience.

The room was really big, comfy and nice. Also, the location is close to the principal attractions of the city.

The breakfast was really basic. I've expected something more traditional of the country.

Very pretty, modern apartment, with the most welcoming and helpful host, who was easily willing to wait for our very late arrival and introduced us to everything what we needed to navigate in (to us) unknown city. Very clean kitchen which can be used during whole day with good coffee maker, all the breakfast food wrapped in plastic, so everything was super-safe, always prepared and with also many food choices.

The main street is a bit noisy during night, but there are good sound-proof windows with roller-blinds and air-conditioning in the room, so it is possible to sleep with windows closed.

The accommodation was beautiful and I felt very comfortable there. I was afraid that it would be in a bad location, but there is a metro station and the buses also went. The owner was very nice and we got along very well. Breakfast was perfect, a lot to choose and also fruit. I would choose this accommodation again.

the room is clean and tidy. it has everything that tourists need. the separate kitchen that the guests have the right to use is a real hit, the fridge filled with food by the host is to be commended.
