The location was great, Colloseum and fontana de Trevi the closest bigger attraction not more then 20 min. away. Metro and the main bus terminal only few minues away also. The room was like described on the pictures, cleaned every day and we got every day fresh towel's. The lady on charge helped is with some restaurant tip's and a map of Rome. Just clear out some misconceptions. The area is totaly safe, it's not an issue to walk around in the evening. Not even 1 sec we felt threatend, actualy Rome is one of the safer big citys k must add. If you choose this accomodation it will be a good choice we surely recommend it

The check in was very easy, we rang the bell outside and were let in. We took the elevator up to the 2nd floor and the host met us there. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier (we do not speak Italian) she was able to convey fairly clearly everything that we needed to know. The building felt secure and safe. The room was very clean. The bed was a little basic, but comfortable enough. We loved being so close to the train station so we didn't have to wait for a taxi. The neighborhood felt just as safe as any bigger city we have been in. No worries there. There was a good AC and refrigerator in the room.

We asked for a quieter room but our windows opened up to the busy street below. There was an electric train/bus that went by, it seems maybe all night and there was a lot of street noise. I am not sure if there just were not any quieter rooms or if our request was not fulfilled.

The room was nice and tidy, bed is comfortable. Shower is clean , i have got clean white towels. There was a cleaner every day. Location is good, close to the termini, there are shops/restaurants nearby. There is a small fridge in the room. The flat was quite at night, so i could sleep well.

The blanket on the bed,very thin.

Great place to stay if you’re coming to the city for few days and need a place to crash. Five minutes walk from main railway station of Rome which is super convenient in case you have a train to your next destination. Fifteen minutes walk to city centre with all sights and attraction. Also, about 10 minutes walk to the major bus station. Overall great location and friendly owner Nadia.

The street itself is a bit sketchy

Nice and comfortable room in authentic building. Peace and quiet from other rooms and apartments. Easy access from Termini station. I felt very well there.

Noise from the street - but where it is not in Rome, I still could sleep easily. Not a glossy area around Termini - but I knew that.

The location was is great in walking distance of most transportation facilities. The property is self check-out which was great. The WiFi connection was strong.

The hall had a faint smell of cigarettes but you could not smell it in the room.

Clean and confortable room, good location. Very kind hostess, she quickly came to help us when some other idiot guests locked us out of the appartment late at night.

The shower water could only be set to either boiling hot or freezing cold.

An exact price performance balance! The location was very good. I was not expecting such a clean room, which i am a bit obsessed. Yes the room is old but everything was really fine

As it is close to termini, sometimes there is the noise of the trains. And the windows are old so you hear it. But still it was not too much

A good value. The price was good and you get what you pay for so we were pleased. we also got to talk to the two students next to us and they were very nice. We had a very nice stay here for two nights

for us it was fine. However, if you are overweight, you would find difficulty getting in and out the bathroom and also this is not a hotel so if you do not have a phone, it could potentially be difficult to check in without a phone.

The place was Spotless, with freshly renovated bathrooms. Our room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided. Very comfortable bed. Great location 5 minutes to the metro. Walking distance to many tourist attractions. Our host gives us many tips and help to order transportation to the Airport.
