The location was excellent - an easy 20-30min walk to all main attractions, not close to the noisy touristy streets so you can sleep easily. Nice restaurants nearby. Mario was a kind and attentive host. Room had all basic necessities and the bed was comfortable. Even the hairdryer (the basic hotel tube dryer) was surprisingly effective!

Breakfast was nothing special, generic Italian store-bought sweet things. Better to enjoy fresh coffee and cornetto at a nice bar nearby.

The location is perfect. Not far from Termini train station, surrounded by good places where to have a cup of coffee. You can easily reach the main sights by walking. The staff is very kind, signor Fabio Mario was very flexible with our arrival and explained many things.

poor noise insulation, you can't speak in full voice at night. When we spoke to my friend not so loudly, the neighbors heard us and knocked on the wall.

The location was good, it is a quite area surrounded by government buildings and embassy's. There were also a few lovely restaurants just round the corner. After a busy day sight seeing, it was so important to come back and be able to get a good night's sleep. Bed was comfortable.

Slight miss understanding and I arrived with no shower gel or shampoo. Shower was a little small. But very clean good shower. It is a very small niggle. Everything was very good.

The stay was very pleasant! I definitely recommend this place. The owner is the loveliest person in the world. The lady who was serving us during the breakfast was also very nice and welcoming. The room was good for the price. There was a big wardrobe and TV ;)

A very good hotel in the center of Rome at a very attractive rate. The owner Mr. Mario was super nice, he welcomed us very well, offered cold drinks on arrival, and gave us a lot of practical information for our tour in Rome and tips for restaurants and attractions. What's more, our room had a great view of the city. Breakfast was decent, and the lady who served us was friendly. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location was amazing closed to city and to the main transportation. Mario was super friendly and attentive. He gave us lots of tips and he was always pres not if we needed anything. Breakfast is simple but you can as much you want. Emanda is friendly and she makes sure you had enough of anything. A lovely time.

The stay was very nice! The owners did an amazing job at ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed! During breakfast she would ask about our agenda and would give us recommendations on the best way to get there. Overall a very nice comfortable stay with great restaurants near by.

Location is perfect - calmer area with many great restaurants. It was possible to walk to most of the atractions. Mario is very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Breakfast was not great - only sweet options, which is not our preference.

It was very nice place, the room was with a lot of free space, bed was comfortable and there was nice bathroom, as well place for clothes and table. We enjoyed staying here for 5 nights, location is amazing - safe, close to everything, like 10min walk to Trevi and Termini, but it’s not to crowded and noisy, and the neighbouhood felt safe as well. Also on the same street was an amazing restaurant. Owner var very welcoming un nice, we enjoyed our time there very much. The breakfast was very light and simple, but coffee was good and we enjoyed that, at least something nice how to start your day before all the excursions. Also room was warm and when we were there.

Walls are plain so we could hear very well other room and how people talked there, but it wasn’t bothering us, just that others should know.
