(2024 july) Air condition,bed,internet,towels and hair dryer are all good.Very close to metro (Line A, Giulio Agricola stop).İt takes about 20 minutes to go to center.Nice coffee+croissant breakfast is in the cafe, next building.Communication with the host is fast.No key,you have codes to enter the building and the room. We were lucky with the people in the close rooms,it was silent. Although the apartment is on the main road,it isnt annoying.There is a small balcony shared by the next room. Süpermarket is in the next building.

A small fridge and kettle will be great.Until 2024 December metro Line A closes at 9pm,so it is a bit hard to come back to room with crowded buses at night.( Bus letter is MA from termini ).One day there was a strike of the drivers so İ had to take a taxi to termini (20 Euro).

So there are a lot of things I like about this accomondation. Firstly, location is great right next to a metro. We arrived super late, but thankfully there are pins to enter the flat. It is cleaned daily, and when we where there it was really calm and not noisy. Bed is really comfortable. Balcony is really great so that you can enjoy the view and relax. The breakfast is coffee and croissant, but it’s really tasteful. Overall I would definently recommend this place.

One of the bedsheet wasn't clean and you could add at least a kettle since there is no kitchenette.

The room was very clean and nice. Metro station right next door. The air conditioning was really good despite the loud noise it kept.

The shower was a bit uncomfortable, only really cold or hot water came out of it. The shower pressure was also bad. There could have been more landing space for luggage. There was no breakfast, even though our reservation was ”breakfast included” (due to national holiday). But these are little things. Overall very nice.

The facilities were nice, the regular cleaning was great as well. The location was also in a nice neighbourhood, well connected by metro although far away.

The breakfast wasn’t that great, only a coffee and croissant. There is no problem in that if we weren’t treated poorly by the staff in the caffe that provided the breakfast. You can only choose a small croissant, not the big ones, and they don’t even say that out loud, they just lie that they don’t have the bigger croissants when we can clearly see them. The lady working at the bar was almost ignoring us when we were ordering… And the tables outside the cafe were literally next to trash containers, it smelled awful 24/7, but that is not the property’s problem. Sadly we didn’t have the shuttle either. We paid for both travels from and to the airport and every trip to the city, which we didn’t expect.

Good enough for sleeping after a long day of exploring Rome. Good it has airconditioning. Personally, I like the location, even it is around 20 minutes train ride to get to centre in Rome, the apartment is just a few steps from Metro and bus stops. The room is spacious enough for us two. The bathroom is small but good enough to use. Also good communication with host.

A small fridge will be great to get cold drinks as it was very hot on the days we stayed.

The room was great, clean and comfortable. The fact that it had the AC was great for us because at night the room got a bit hot so we could use it for a bit. The bathroom was a good size and clean as well, with everything that we might need in it. The bed and pillows were the best in our opinion. So great that we wanted to check what type of pillows they are before we left but we forgot 😁. But they were great and super comfortable. The access in the building and the room was done with access codes, and we were in touch with the manager all the time, starting with about 3 or 4 days before the check in. The balcony was a nice addition to the room. The small cafe located right downstairs from the room was perfect for breakfast, we had a cappuccino and a pastry every day there. It's true that the location is a bit far from the center, but we knew this when we booked it and we knew what to expect, but the fact that the metro stop is not even 2 minutes away, at the end of the street and takes you to the very center of Rome totally makes up for it. Just keep in mind that at the moment, from Sunday to Thursday the metro closes at 9pm but there are buses in place after that time so you can easily get back. All in all, we had a great time there and we would definitely go back if we'll return to Rome.

The location is amazing, 2 min walk from the metro, 20 min ride from the center. The area is very nice alot of restaurants and shops. The apartment is super clean. I can't say enough about how great of a value for money this place is!

The shower is extremely small, a large person will have trouble showering. Theres some road noise at night. But I'm really nitpicking here.

Thin walls do not prevent noise from neighbors (shower, loud speech, room locker tones), in winter heating by air conditioner needed (it would not be a problem if the staff didn't turn off the timer of heating before our arrival)

it was very clean and lovely decorated. small balcony and a nice bathroom. the manager was kind and was interest in our comfort. even breakfast was fine. Italian styl, just a croissant and a coffee. Very good hotel.

the walls are a little bit thin so that you can hear the neighbors. but it is fine.

We didn't try breakfast because we checked out really early. The room was really cute, and the bed was amazing. The location is next to the metro station and even though it's a long ride to the attractions, you can reach anything with only one metro ride. The host is super helpful.

The shower was dirty and some particles were falling off it. Didn't have a fridge.
