While the building is quite interesting (very old convent fully transformed into a modern hotel), the location is fairly isolated. A taxi or walk through some farmland is required to reach the main road. There is a very good restaurant immediately adjacent to the hotel, so for some this may not be an issue or may even be desirable. In some areas the free wifi does not work well. The suite is advertised as having a living room, however ours was just a large bedroom.

I have arrived late and the staff left the card for the room outside. The place is nice, it's an ancient cloister that was refurbished and transformed in a hotel/restaurant. Good value for money.

The acoustic insulation is not good, but due to many rooms being directly under the same roof it is almost impossible to have a proper acoustic insulation. If your neighbors are loud you definitely need some earplugs to sleep. The breakfast was good, but the choice minimal - only sweet food, no salty option (but you should keep in consideration that you're in Italy and here the typical breakfast consists of coffee and croissants)

The Casale Certosa is situated down a side road and is lovely and quiet. The rooms are really spacious, airy and comfortable. The bathroom was large, clean and had everything that we needed. Breakfast was a buffet self serve which had everything you would require to set you up for the day. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening which was good value, with really generous portions. The owner was a really friendly person, nothing was too much trouble for him and he really made us feel welcome, thank you for a lovely stay

There was nothing we did not like about our stay, we did have a bit of trouble sorting out the lights in the room but it was more us not following the instructons than anything else

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Restaurant was very good. The immediate surroundings are quite nice (further away not so much - see below).

The mechanism to lock the door in the room was very far from obvious, it took me long time to solve it, somewhat due to language barrier. The area on the other side of the main road is quite unpleasant and would not want to visit it at night, but it is not that close to the accommodation.

The hotel locates in the countryside but it is easy to access to the Roma city center by train. Everything is comfortable. The breakfast is simple but it is good enough. The service is excellent and efficient with very good/clear communication. I appreciate their friendly, amiable and considerate help, which make me feel like be at a familiar place. They carry me to the train station in the early of morning and pick up me in the evening just need a call with reasonable cost.

If you don't have a car, the timetable of your visiting in city is not so flexible and you need plan your schedule in advance to make sure you can catch up the train.

Hotel is located in 2 km from Pomezia-Santa Palomba train station where you can get to Roma Termini in 20 minutes. But you can’t walk to the station because there are no sidewalks and it’s an industrial area. That’s why a hotel offers transfer to the station and from the station (5 euros).

very sweet and friendly staff, location was awesome. we took the train to Rome for two days. Cats to pet- that was great

the room was a little dark but clean. The shower was very tiny but was good enough for our stay.

The location was very nice.... Lots of activities around ! Playing area for kids ... swimming poll...bar out side...nice lake ..big car park...great and very helpful staff!😊

The location....the service...

We were traveling by motorbike. Due to that we had some health issues and the people from the hotel bought us everything we needed in the pharmacy. The service was super fine. We had a lot of fun with the host family and laughed together. The food was super as well. After a long journey on our bikes they gave us everything we needed and even more. I loved to stay there and I will spent more holidays there! 10/10 is not even enough!

The decor was amazing, and the staff was ever so sweet. they waited for us past midnight to allow us to check in. exceptional service and highly recommended to anyone visiting Rome. Easy to find and the rate was beyond perfect.
