Everything was excellent, from room size to bed quality, the breakfast was delicious and enough to give you an energy boost till lunch. The host was amazing and gave us everything we needed, including travel advices.

I got nothing to mention.

Warm welcome, lovely clean accommodation, plenty of options for breakfast (though better suited to those with a sweet tooth), close to Cipra station and lots of nice restaurants.

Apartment is on the fifth floor so lots of stairs unless you take the lift, which is very small and refuses to come to you when called if the last user hasn't closed the doors properly. Bed was a little soft for my liking, and the windows and shutters did very little to block the sounds from the street outside but it wasn't bad enough to keep me awake. These are all small points though and scarcely detracted from our trip

Incredible place! Our host Gianni was super welcoming and very helpfilul. We arrived late due to a delayed flight (and getting lost...) but he waited for us for hours to arrive. The place is really 5*. Beautiful,clean, and we had not only coffee and breakfast prepared but yogurt, milk, cooled water, juice, and even cake to start our mornings happy. One thing that most places dont think about is the connectors. We even had spare power distributors, so it was not a problem to recharge the phone, power banks, or other things. The metro is close and there are shops and restaurants next to it. I warmheartedly reccomend this beautiful place.

No such a thing

Our host Gianni was so helpful and lovely! We were late arriving because we went to the wrong address and he was very accommodating. The room was great and they had a cot set up for our baby. There is a small lift which was very handy with the stroller and there were great snacks and breakfast available, along with bottled water. The apartment itself is in a nice area with a beautiful garden area out front and very close to many sights including the Vatican.

Great location, not far from the vatican and Olympic stadium. Easy to get into the city, metro is only a 5 min walk. Alessio is very helpful and accommodating, even when we arrived early! Bathroom great, room spacious and a brilliant view.

Mini fridge in the room would have been good, however there is a good sized fridge in the shared kitchen which was good. Not really a thing we didn't like, just a suggestion!

Very friendly and helpful gentleman who gave us advice on where to eat and very kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check out so we could visit St Peter’s Basilica. Lovely apartment and nice building with character quite near the Vatican. Eat near or in the Prati area.

The road was very busy.

This is a 3 bedrooms apartment, with separate bathroom in each bedroom. Each room is rented out separately. Living room and kitchen are combined - easy access for all rooms guests. Snacks are provided for a breakfast, self-service. 8th floor, elevator takes 2 persons max. Cleaning every day. Many restaurants and shops nearby, metro station is in a 5 min. Overall very good quality of apartment. No reception, not easy to find with navigator.

I'm pregnant 6month and was traveling with my kid 10y.o Location is very near to metro Station. Maybe 5min by walk. Vatican museum entrance is also 7min by walk. Down in the street can find minimarket and small restaurants, also Carrefour is nearby. View from the windows is beautiful and because apartment is on the 5th floor, the noise from the street is not disturbing. Elevator is available! The host is very kind and intelligent. In general area is safe and clean. Basically, everything you need, can find inside the apartment.

Really, some vegetables and eggs for the breakfast would be a great idea. It doesn't cost much but makes a huge difference. Because humans can't survive on carbs only such as bread, cereals and muffins. We also need protein and fibers.

The place has a great location, 5 min walk to Cipro metro station. 10 min walk to Vatican. There are many great restaurants in the area and there is a supermarket near by. The place itself consists of 3 rooms that have one common area - the kitchen. It is located close to the main street so there is some noise but after a long day of walking you fall asleep and don;t really hear it. Gianni the host is absolutely amazing. Funny, helpful, really hospitable. Two thumbs up for him.

There was one problem namely the water. The pressure is very very low and there is basically no warm water. We managed to take few showers at 1 at night and at 4 in the morning. Otherwise don;t expect to have any warm water. It is freezing cold so if you like taking warm showers at normal times of the day, don't expect to have one in Enjoy Vatican. We were told that it is due to the fact that the system of pipes is old and the apartment is located at the 5th floor.

The apartment was close to Cipro Metro station and there were some nice restaurants nearby. Very clean. The 3 separate rooms worked perfectly for our family of 8. Automatic expresso coffee maker was nice and expresso pods were provided. Gianni was very helpful and answered all our questions. He arranged our shuttle from FCO and then back again. Being on the fifth floor, having an elevator was very appreciated. Lovely courtyard. Very reasonably priced for a family stay. Not far from the Vatican and in a safe area of Rome.

We were told we couldn’t put toilet paper down the toilets in 2 of the bathrooms due to a plumbing problem. Since we were all family staying in the apartment it was ok but would have been very inconvenient if three couples who didn’t know each other were staying there. Most of breakfast was along the pastry/sweet side, nothing savory. No yogurt. There was cereal & milk. Beds were hard but we found all the beds in Italy to be more firm than we were used too. The apartment was on a very busy traffic circle, very noisy at times. Bring earplugs for sleeping.
