The room boasted ample space and featured an open bathroom, offering guests a pleasant and expansive environment. Furthermore, the room showcased a delightful view, adding to the overall appeal. Additionally, the air conditioning system proved to be highly effective, ensuring optimal comfort even in the face of scorching temperatures.

The breakfast was okay, but it would have been nice to have more choices for eggs. Also, the room key had some issues with connecting, which was really inconvenient because I had to keep going to the front desk to get it fixed (four times in total during my stay). On top of that, the location of the accommodation wasn't great for getting to Rome's city center. It took a lot of time and money to get there, with transportation costs adding up to at least 20 euros, maybe even more. And it was really difficult to find a taxi to take us to the city center for dinner. But it terms of quality stay it was top notch in comfort and cleanliness.

The facilities were very nice- the pool was excellent. Our second room was very nice and cleaner. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool. The bar and cafe were clean and the people friendly- excellent service. I ate at the restaurant once - it was very good food and good service. The front desk people were mostly very helpful and kept a sense of humor when having to return almost daily to have my key rekeyed.

Our first room was not very clean- the carpet really needed a good cleaning. The surfaces and bathroom were clean. Only 2 of the 10 conference rooms had acceptable A/C which made for a long 10 days of training. Our second room didn’t have a door separating the shower from the room which was a little awkward when sharing a room with a co-worker but was workable. The WiFi was pretty terrible which made working difficult. It was nonexistent in our room and spotty at best in the lobby.

The pool was absolutely stunning. Our room was clean spacious and well decorated as you would expect for a 4star hotel. I read several worrying comments prior to my stay at the hotel: failures of the door cards, high temperature and failure of AC in the rooms. I didn't experience any problems with that. The receptionists and the breakfast personnel were lovely. The snack bar by the swimming pool gave me mixed feelings. Overall it was a bit expensive and sometimes they are overwhelmed by the number of visitors, especially at night. There is a taxi station a few steps away from the hotel. Buss station and even metro is in walking distance, depending on the period. In our case, it was too hot to walk even a 10min distance.

There is a need of maintenance, especially on the external part of the building overlooking the swimming pool. But I wouldn't consider it a deal breaker. The interior was fine contrary to the comments I read before I arrive at the hotel. One problem during this period is that metro line A is under maintenance and that complicated a lot our everyday travel to the city centre. We used taxis and it is 15€ ride to the Vatican city or 25 € to tiburtina (which is a long ride). So it is not terribly expensive, but it is an extra cost for a few days So make sure you check the situation with line A, which is important for your transfer to the city centre.

The breakfast was fine for the first day and then terribly boring. The eggs gave me the ick despite the fact i love eggs... the rest was fine. But standard. I would say if the hotel needed to do anything to up its game is to look at its breakfast menu a bit!!!!! The pool qas nice the people were lovely and the room was good

-Breakfast got really boring. -its really FAR away from rome city for exploring. However metro is about 12 mins good walking speed from the hotel and then a few euro in. Trains dont run late apart from thurs/fri/sat so its a pricey cab ride home. -Also why on earth would you have such big balconies with NO CHAIRS!!!!!!!!! A neat little dining set would have made a huge difference to the room. On the whole though the hotel is clean quiet. Great pool lovely staff, albeit VEEERY busy reception so we often had to wait to get seen..!

The size of the property from the entrance doesn’t do it justice how huge it is. The elevators were super reliable which is an odd thing to like I suppose but it made me happy to know journey to my room or meeting a taxi on time wasn’t an issue

It seriously needs MAJOR renovations! That property has so much potential if someone put the funding behind it to make it really really fabulous. Breakfast was horrendous which sucks because I loveeeeee hotel breakfast so I was heartbroken.

Nice big and clean room, best swimming pool, gym, American breakfast. Nice staff, very helpful, friendly and professional crew at reception desk, especially I like Cristina, Denise and Elena. But all are excellent, can't remember all names. Very nice and helpful life guards at the swimming pool. Lady which one was cleaning my room was excellent and always very gentle.

Missing tooth brush and tooth paste in the bathroom. I expected more food choice in the restaurant, but service was excellent.

The pool was exceptional, the area of it was modern. clean and original. This hotel was Holliday feeling at its absolute best! Our room was wonderful and offered us a really nice view as well! I requested a room with a view overlooking the pool. That request was also met.

By far the location. But it is the photos of the hotel that attracted me. And the hotel was the perfect reward for the long journey to reach it.

Nice facilities.

staff at front desk was mostly not very helpful, except for the woman we spoke with-she was good. Has a problem with the room, the young men we talked to at front desk were not very accommodating. Sat in the dark waiting in our room for almost an hour, then ultimately had to change rooms for 2nd and 3rd night of our stay. should have been handled better and more promptly.

The hotel provided everything you would hope/expect of a well-run conference hotel. Excellent multi-lingual reception staff and taxis on tap to get into central Rome, a wide range of breakfast options, functional rooms and a good daily room cleaning service. It also has a nice pool bar area next to a large pool to chill out.

The quality of the breakfast was maybe not the highest, but it wasn't too bad.

Exceeded my expectation by a country mile . Lobby was brilliant and spacious . Pool was very large and amazing . Lots of sun lounges . Very good vibes . Really good location as not too close to city centre but not too far as only 15 min drive . Was really great value for money . Bed was big and comfy and so was the room . Lifts very fast and taxi was always sorted by reception rapidly . Everything was a joy from start to finish . Loved every bit of it and was sad to leave

I think the only improvement I could make is getting a pool view from balcony and prior to my booking I was promised that but didn’t get it and would also get some music around the pool to create a more fun atmosphere . Apart from that was greatb
