- wonderful Italian villa, you truly feel like you are in Italy as opposed to a more traditional hotel - beautiful terrace to have coffee and breakfast in the morning - quiet - all staff speak English and are very welcoming - in the morning your coffee is served as you like it, good Italian coffee and not crap hotel coffee - very clean and equipped with everything you need (AC, slippers, mini fridge, wifi, 24hrs reception) - a big supermarket is very close - metro and bus are a few meters away taking you to Termini or the center

the location was the only downside, it’s far from the centre and at night you have to take a taxi back (about 20-25 eur from the centre) because all Italians I met told me it’s a little unsafe to take the metro in this area at night

Hotel is well located very near to the metro station and has vast private area with large parking spaces. The staff is very kind and helpful and breakfast is quite good though the same each day. There is outside leisure area at the terrace with the canopy and garden furniture. Rooms are large enough with small bathroom. It is indeed very good place to stay in as a base to exploring Rome.

Garden furniture should be changed to a new one and bathroom showers also should be changed to be more spacious and better operating (the doors could not to be closed completely).

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Very kind and obliging receptionists and extremely friendly ladies at breakfast who prepared coffee, tea and warm milk for the cereals in a jiffy! When booking I had asked for wholemeal bread, and indeed, in addition to all the delicious Italian sweets and croissants, they had also provided something similar. There was also fresh fruit! All in all, nothing left to be desired! Very small breakfast room, but kind of funny and cozy. Chambermaids also very friendly and obliging! Around the corner ''Arco Bistrot Roma, an excellent restaurant, where we have eaten at least 4 times. Friendly and witty waiter/owner (?).

It was a quiet room, although it happened three times that guests who had access to the terrace that was directly above my room started to move chairs back and forth at about 1.30 am, which kept me awake for at least an hour ! I made this known to the reception twice, who promised to address those guests about this. That eventually paid off. I would advise the hotel to inform the users of this terrace (which belongs to a room) in advance about the noise and that there is a room below where someone wants to sleep. Perhaps the chair legs can also be provided with sound-absorbing material.

Very good service, good breakfast and everything were excellent. The room was clean and the garden was amazing in the spring!

Something didn’t depend from the hotel but effected us: the line A of the subway stops at 9 pm and it is complicated to return from the city center after diner for example. If I understand correctly it is because of a reconstruction of the line A, but I didn’t expect this and we had a difficult moment in the public transport. The renovation will continue 18 months as I know. However, during the day the line A is super fast and very often- the station is Arco do Travertino the same as the hotel.

The staff were very nice, couldn't have been any nicer. Helped us out with extra pillows and cutlery for our order in. Air conditioning worked a treat. The shower was great. The room was cleaned every day to a high standard. Metro a few steps from the property was very convenient, lots of parking too although we didn't have a car. Lots of options for breakfast.

Nothing really! It was great value for money. An excellent choice for a more budget conscious traveller as hotels in the centre can be extortionate.

The staff was helpful and the building was peaceful with a huge and lovely garden. There is a big free parking lot inside the garden if you are traveling by your own car. The room was big enough for a family with a kid.

The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant area, there is a little spot with 4 tables on the groud floor which is not enough for all of the guests and we had to wait for other guests to complete their breakfasts which is not pleasent at all. The hotel is close to the metro station but the last train to the hotel is at 9 pm.

The breakfast was excellent, a great range of food and plenty of good coffee. The staff were super helpful, the bathroom was clean and pleasant, and the view over the garden and nearby green space was really lovely. The position was great, right near the Metro and a bus station with buses to the Appian Way and into town. We also loved the Syrian restaurant across the road!

The only extra thing we would have liked was facilities in the room to make a cup of tea during the day or evening.

The hotel is perfectly located for those who want to live in a serene neighborhood amd explore non-touristic part of Rome. It takes a 10 minutes walk from Arco di Travertino metro station or if you get back to the hotel after 9 pm there are buses from Termini that drive to Arco di Travertino. Breakfast was more than sufficient to make it till lunch. The stuff is superfriendly and helpful. The building itself is cozy and reminds more a family house than a hotel. Would recommend staying there.

When you walk in, you see happy people welcoming you. Room with a bed for 3 people 🙂. Clean bathroom, room cleaned every day. A/C makes you forget that outside is 35 degrees. Fridge, safe for your belongings. Great breakfasts, italian style perfetto. Metro just around the corner. Recommend without a doubt

A little bit far away from city centre, but metro makes it much much easier 😉

Really good value for money. Very clean hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. The hotel is slightly out of Rome centre but Metro line A is virtually on the doorstep, as are bus stops. The hotel is well placed for visiting the Appia Antica. We enjoyed our stay.

The shower is good but the shower cubicle is tight. It would be great to have a kettle in the room.
