This hotel is just lovely. It doesn’t look super fancy aesthetically, but they make you feel super fancy by providing you what you actually need. The staff fall over themselves to help you, and really try to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The staff all sincerely seem to love their work, so you get the friendliest welcome, which is better than anything the sterile five star hotels offer, as they really do care about you. They have a 24 hour reception, so even after a late night sightseeing tour that got me back to the hotel after 1am, they were there to welcome me back with no delays, or issues. The rooms are really peaceful, as you are on a little side street, just enough steps back from the main road where the Spanish Steps are (so you get a top sightseeing spot with a very easy sleep after). If you need a taxi they can call one for you, and if the taxi phone lines are busy, there is a super conveniently located taxi rank just up the road toward the Spanish Steps (it’s a few feet to the right, walking away from the Spanish Steps, and took me 7 mins slow walking on cobblestones with my 20kg case to get there, and there are new taxis every 5-10 mins in my experience, as folk get dropped there for the Spanish Steps). The rooms are clean and styled in a basic beige/ white, non-fancy manner, and have a small TV, a decent sized wardrobe, and a solid mattress (mattress is on the harder side, which I loved). Let me tell you about the shower…it was made by the gods! I kid you not when I tell you that after walking 30,000 steps in the Italian heat to see every monument, statue, and fountain in Roman history, I was grimy and feeling gross, and every muscle hurt. I hopped in the shower to re-human-ify and holy guacamole the power shower on my tired shoulders was better than a cup of tea in England!

This is not a dislike, but it did make me chortle. I was given a printed paper advising that to use the internet, I would need to ensure I was logged in before 1970 or the internet wouldn’t work. Fairly certain this was a typo, as we didn’t really have domestic internet back in 1970, but I couldn’t get the wifi to connect. I was only there a short stay, so it wasn’t a bother for me at all, but I think if you are there for more than a few nights you may want to connect to the wifi when checking in at reception, so they can help you get online. Also for international roaming service, I found the room couldn’t get any signal, but the corner of the bathroom near the courtyard was fine. So if you can’t get a signal on your phone, try it from the bathroom.

Best location in Rome one can think of. Minutes away from Palazzo di Popolo, Spanish steps (and Spanish steps metro), Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Navona and even Piazza Venezia. Roman forum and coliseum are, like 15-18 minutes of leisurely walk. Vatican 20 minutes. What better location one can imagine.

One of the receptionists understood little English but she was helpful though! They should serve tea, coffee in the room. No breakfast on offer.

The location was absolutely perfect. 2 minutes from Spagna and 7 from Trevi. Also cleaning every day. Value for money hotel.

To be specific, the hotel was very nice. It isn’t a luxury hotel and you don’t expecting luxury.

Friendly and helpful staff 🥰🎊🎉

Nothing not to like… great friendly service, breakfast every morning in my room. Bed was a bit hard for my liking…. The shower was a power shower, plenty of hot water at anytime, took away the aches of walking during day. Very central location ( just round corner from Spanish steps, shopping and Via Del Corso main long road, runs at bottom of my hotel road, so I could find all the famous sights, easily and quickly … piazza naverone, pantheon Trevi fountain Roman forum colosseum and many more sights along the way 🎉👌🎉

Fantastic location close to the Spanish steps and other attractions. The room is spacious as well as the bathroom and with lots of space for clothes. The staff is very helpful and kind, always willing to help and give good advice on transport and restaurants.

It may be a bit noisy in the evening although the street looks quiet. In that case close the windows and shutters. We did not like the pre-set A/C temperature and the remote control is not available. You need to ask the staff to change the room temperature.

Hotel very central and close to the metro station. Big room (compared to many other hotels), very quiet without noise. Kind staff. I would come back.

The shower might be improved (a part of the bathroom became wet, even if it was very large). The breakfast (not included in the offer, 12€ more per day) is fairly limited: just a croissant, and toasted bread + jam and some beverage (coffee or juice). However it is served in the room and the waitress was very kind. Maybe a fresh fruit, or a jogurt would be good.

We liked how clean and spacious it was. The room was also really clean, and you were asked to leave your key behind every time you left the hotel, which meant you didn't have to worry about losing your keys. Location is also great.

We could have done with an electric kettle. We did have an issue with the safe because it will not unlock, though we somehow managed to work past the low battery situation in the locker. Lady at reception was trying hard to help us, too. Just be careful with the safe.

The hotel is only a minute walk to the Spanish Steps, and a couple of minutes to many great bars and restaurants, so the location is excellent. The hotel staff were all very pleasant, and the hotel lobby has a bar and drinks fridge which contains refreshments customers can charge to their room. The hotel and rooms are quite spacious. Ours had a small tv, double closet with hanging space, queen bed, bar fridge, and private bathroom with shower. Our room was also very quiet, even with the windows open, which allowed a nice breeze through with a fan we asked for from reception. The hotel provided free wifi which worked well throughout our stay.

There was less than half a roll of toilet tissue in our bathroom on arrival, with no spares stocked in the room throughout our stay. Although it got replaced, there was never any spare on hand The bed linen was not changed during our 3 night stay, and the blankets were quite old. Hotel staff told us they would change the sheets after 3 days. We queried the price of a one-night stay in a few weeks time, and it was €220 per night which is far too much for this hotel.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of most attractions. The single room is quite spacious.

It's too noisy. You can hear absolutely everything from the hotel corridor. In the morning, it gets quite loud with room cleaning and guests leaving their rooms, to the point where it is impossible to sleep. Every morning, there is a constant beeping sound, I'm not sure if it is coming from the elevator or some alarms, but it's quite frustrating.
