The hotel's location is by far it's best attribute. The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from the Vatican walls. The Ottaviano Metro Station (Line A) is also very close. The area around the hotel is full of restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't experience any noise at night. The hotel was very clean. The AC in the room worked perfectly. The price we paid for three nights was very good especially if you consider how central the location was. We used the metro in order not to waste time walking and because it was hot (over 30 degrees celsius) but if you like walking, staying at this hotel allows you to reach all the main landmarks by foot.

Breakfast - Very basic. For me it was fine as I'm not a big fan of breakfast but if you like a good breakfast you might want to consider taking it from one of the cafeterias around the hotel. Bathroom - it was clean but VERY VERY small (less than 3sqm). If you're a bit chubby you possibly might not be able to fit into the shower cubicle. The Hotel doesn't have a vending machine downstairs (that would be very convenient) however you can buy bottles of cold water from the receptionist.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica, and a 15-minute walk to Castel Sant'Angelo. It offers excellent access to public transport, with the historic centre reachable in 15-20 minutes by bus and the Colosseum in 30-35 minutes. Situated in a lively residential area with plenty of shops and restaurants, it's a convenient place to stay. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast.

No fridge in the room.

The location of the hotel is really good, a few minutes walk to the Vatican and from the Ottaviano train station. The room was a good size, with a small closet, table with a chair, bedside tables and an extra bigger chair to put stuff on. There was a tv with lots of channels. The staff was really friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast is served since 7:30 to 10 am downstairs in the kitchen, with fresh croissants, and much more. The en-suite bathroom is well fitted and works well. The super important air conditioning also works well.

Whilst we were there, the wifi had an issue and was not working unfortunately. Not a huge problem for us, as we have roaming. But if you don’t, then you might want to enquire beforehand.

Stayed for four nights,Location was excellent,very near Vatican city,walking distance to all the major attractions,continental breakfast was supplied,we missed that each morning but their is plenty of cafes around,Prati is a quiter area it suited us,plenty of shops and restaurants around,I would highly recommend Hotel Prati, an excellent location and great value for money.

Nothing,you get what you pay for,Room was clean,bed was made every Day,clean towels were supplied,room was small but we were out all Day it served our needs.

Excelent location just 5 minutes to Vatican on one side and Castel Sant' Angelo to the other. There is a shuttle to the airport (SitBus) four blocks away for only 8€. Room was ok for the price and with AC for the summer. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was standard coffee, croissant, cereal, yougurt and fruit. It is like a 25 min walk to the Coloseo and 15 to Fontana Trevi. Was super easy to go back to the room for a quick rest midday and continue touring after.

Two-weeks-long stay turned out to be a great experience. All aspects were great starting from the outstanding staff, very helpful and flexible in any way, speaking perfect English which was very conevenient. The locstion is nice, the surroundig area of Prati is less crowded than other parts of the city, more residential and quite. The room was fine, cosy and equipped with a desk and chair quite useful for doing some work in the evenings. Room service was great, cleaning everyday, towels changed every two days. Breakfast was great in a small, cosy cantinee downstairs. Traditional Italian one expanded with fresh fruits, yoghurts, cereales and much more. Add to that unlimited coffee and you are energised to discover the city or for work. To sum up, much recommended!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you like to explore the city, while staying in a safe central area! It is a 5 min walking distance from the Vatican, very convenient for transport too, the airport shuttle bus leaves you at the same street, other bus and metro stops are very close. But also the city center and all the major historical landmarks you can walk to on foot while exploring picturesque views. I was traveling alone with my mother, we felt very safe in the hotel and in the whole Vaticani area even in the evening. It is a lively residential neighbourhood, with many stores and restaurants. All the front desk staff are very kind, polite, with positive attitude and very helpful! The sweet Italian breakfast was also nice and fresh got restocked constantly (croissants, yogurts, fruits, cereals) It is a 2 star hotel, but I highly recommend it to anyone that likes to stay in a safe central area (without tourist crowds) for a reasonable price and economic budget. The location was ideal for us close to various attractions and restaurants. The room (double & single bed) was comfortable for a few nights with a lift available. A lovely continental breakfast supplying a good variety of items to start the day with staff happy to help. We would stay here again.

No big complaints as we are not looking for excellence but more practical and reliable service. A suggestion would be for a map in the room of best routes to attractions. Perhaps the bedding could be a little fresher.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The hotel is located only a 10-minute walk from the Vatican and maybe 20 minutes walk from the Pantheon and other attractions. There are also a few busses that will take you directly to Palatine Hill (35 minutes ride). Great location! Breakfast was simple (no meat so perfect for vegetarians 🤗❤️😍) There is also a storage space where you can leave your bags. Shuttle busses from and to the airport are located only 6 and 8 minutes by walk from there.

Wi-fi was once or twice weaker in the room... But everything else exceeded my expectations around 100 times.

The location was great, it was a short distance away from the Vatican and we had an easy time visiting the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica. It was also near bus stops going to the major sites in Rome. Grocery stores and restaurants are also close by. The reception desk hosts were very friendly and helpful and were available 24/7. Breakfast was prompt at 7am.

The room was a bit small and the bathroom furnishings are dated. Still the room was good value for the price.
