Location was great, close to the central railway station made it great.

Hotel insisted to cancel the reservation and pay cash to them which was silly, as mony was prepaid seems that they cheat the customers in this way . Also the city tax even though it was possible to pay with card they invented hundred reasons not to receive the card payment, I lost lot of time finding ATM for the withdrawal of the money to say nothing about the bank interest rate which I've payed for withdrawal in different country. Such things, that hotel accepts only cash ( in 21 century is complete boolshit) Be careful when paying service as they might overcharge you. Breakfasts, extremely poor, I think even in the cheapest hotel of Turkey, the breakfast is better.

Room and Hotel were exceptionally well maintained and clean. Excellent room service and daily cleaning. All the staff were friendly and they went extra mile to help out even during the odd hours of the night. Reception staff Mr. Michael and Gwen were so friendly that I often chatted with them and they always gave good recomendations. Very helpful and friendly personalities. Hotel is at the end of the street from Termini station. There is a tram station and bus stop right next to it, hardly 20 - 30 meters or 2 minutes by foot. Breakfast was basic but plentiful and tasty.

The room was really comfortable, everything looked new, the tc was big, the bathroom was very clean. All perfect. The breakfast was ok. Only sweet pastry juices coffee and milk.

A bit more of variety in the breakfast ( a couple of fruits and some ham and cheese, for example), would be really welcome. Also there was a picture of a nice terrace which I didn’t find once there (didn’t ask at the reception though)

-It was very clean -The staff was friendly and helpful -Great view and location -Included breakfast

-If you visit in the winter the AC is the main source of heat. It stops after a certain time in the nights and the mornings are really cold(I understand that in the winter is not prime season for tourists but an electric heater would be a better choice imo) -The shower. It is an over the head shower only -In our room the 2 person bed had 2 little mattresses to make a big one- uncomfortable in the middle -The lighting is only 3 moody lamps so if u want to do your makeup better be during the natural daylight So overall the facilities were not perfect, but in the summer i would visit again cuz only the heating was a major problem for me in the end

The hotel was close to the train station. As we arrived via Train from the airport after midnight it was an important aspect for us, also the 7/24 reception. The room was small, but the bed was really comfortable, and the facilities were good. The breakfast was good. +1 because of the receptionists. normally I would give 8 for the overall experience, but their were really friendly and gave good hints (I have been in Rome before, but there were still useful and helpful tips and tricks). The accomodations was really good for a 2 nights short visit. After the trip we travelled to Naples by train, so it was an advantage again that it was close to the train station.

The towels were really thin, but at the end they did the job. The elevator was a bit old-fashioned and I was a bit worried when I used it at the first time. (But we mostly used the stairs.)

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We went to Rome for a GNR concert so we were only there for 3 days, but the gentlemen from reception were always very open to giving us information about the venue, the city, the bus and metro, even made some suggestions on what we could visit on our short stay. Very useful tips and tricks. The room was very clean and they tied it up daily, I really appreciated that. It was a lovely stay at this price point in Rome.

The only thing we didn't like was that breakfast was quite humble. There was not a very wide choice of products and zero fruit or vegetable, no healthy choice really.

Everything was very good, room was clean and comfortable, people working there were very kind and helpful. Localisation of hotel is good because is relatively close to the main train and bus station and there is no need to use any transportation to get to main attractions (to be honest, walking there let's you see many fine places which one could not take as point of interest considering they are not specifically pointed on the map). The breakfast was nice and tasty but it wouldn't hurt to make it a bit more diverse. Still I can't say I haven't found enough tasty food to completely satisfy my hunger :)

The only thing which were not exactly as I would want it to be: towels are very thin :D

Property was very clean. Michael welcomed us was very kind and helpful. We had lovely talks with him about Rome. Everyday reception helped us to fill our thermos with hot water. For my opinion it would be appreciated if they had kettle in the rooms and iron:) Room was super clean and very comfortable for me. Staff was very friendly. There was water for toilet as well which is rare for Europe and very important for me! Bathroom was clean and comfortable!

Breakfast was not very colorful, with routin courrasant and some chese. It was still lovely and okay.

Every body who works here is super nice and kind. I saw the pictures prior arrival and I asked them if it is possible to the receive a room with the balcony and they rememberd my note and provide us this beatiful upper room with a big terrace :) We received a super restaurant recomendation also at the reception. Breakfast is included in the price, it was tasty italian one with sweets( my favourite was the one with vanila pudding yummy❤️) , coffee and juices. Our plane left early in the last morning and had to left the hotel before 6am while the breakfast was served from 7 but we could eat and drink and also packed a croissant for the journey. The water was hot and felt great after a long day and the bed was confortable. The heating went thoroug the day so it was confortable by the time web arrived. Towels were provided Everyday the room was cleaned. And the view and the terrace and again everybody who works here🙏🥰

The heating is so loud that we had to request to turn it ott for the night- and as this is an old building the room's temperature dropped off quickly after. It could be better if we could turn off / on the clima from our room and if it wont be that loud.

Very comfortable and clean rooms, they cleaned and changed the shampoos, the toilet paper and our rubbish every day after 11:00a.m. . Also, the the staff was very friendly, they served us tasty breakfast and coffee. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood near the metro station "Manzoni" (about 10-15 minutes on foot) and visitors can reach each destination and attraction easily.

The value of its price was a little overestimated (the hotel is not even located in the city centre of Rome). The bathroom was a bit tinier than expected and we also had to bring our own towels and bathroom slippers.
