Breakfast was fresh and good. nothing special. but nothing special is needed for hotel breakfast. the hotel is in waling distance from everything you want to see - VIlla Borgese, Fora Romano and others - we walked everywhere.

the plumbing in the room must be fixed. the water pressure in shower is very low. the toilet and sink probably needs to be upgraded, the drain in the shower was not able to keep up with water flow.

I love how accommodating there where with my luggage! The check in time was a little later and the staff was able to take care of my luggage and have it in the room by check in while I was needing to do something. I loved the balcony it was so relaxing and getting fresh air was amazing! Also breakfast with delicious the service was amazing 10/10 for everybody providing service they deserve all the recognition in the world :) thank you! Also I reserved the same day or a day before not sure that was also a plus for me. Location very close to a restaurant/ locations walking distance

The hotel is very close to the Borghese Gallery and park, and the neighbourhood is interesting. Staff were very helpful, although I wish they'd mentionned that the restaurants around there tend not to open until mid-evening. We walked to one and then had to walk back to wait another hour. A minor quibble, though. Breakfast room is charming and there are tables under an awning outside if one prefers to eat al fresco. Delicious cappucino ad lib.

Very little on site parking. Also, we had thought we were booking Villa Grazioli out near Frascati and were dismayed to discover that we were booked at the "wrong" Villa Grazioli. Our room was quite small. Bathroom had idiosyncrasies - tall faucet meant that water splashed everywhere when you tried to use it to wash your hands or face, and the toielt roll kept coming off the holder and rolling onto the wet floor.

This is a charming hotel that used to be owned by the Grazioli family as a guest house for their hunting guests. My friends wanted to stay near Villa Borghese, so this was one of the best options around, and of better value than others. The room is a bit snug and the single room offers a single bed, but as a single bed it was a comfy one, not too tight. I loved having my own balcony, where I had my breakfast when the weather was nice. Breakfast was nice, and their coffee is rather good. I loved the welcome I received when I arrived about an hour before check-in: They offered me coffee and water and were very gracious. Also, they would always call me a taxi for a good price. I also liked the area as it is non-touristy and quiet and offers some really good restaurants for good prices-- all authentic, many family-owned, and most frequented by local Italian families, always a good sign!

The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak but sprays all over the place, and there is only a ceiling shower head. I wish there were a hand-held shower.

Very lovely breakfast! You have to taste the homemade chocolate pie and lemon pie. The staff are very helpful and supporting. It is a designated hotel of the Chinese embassy so it's extremely safe and friendly to Chinese people having trip or work here.

The plugs are all very old, and the general adapting charger could not work. But the staff provides all different adapting charger so it's alright.

Staff and hotel itself was really great, definitely worth the money! Quite cute property, but the best highlight was how great they welcomed me and allowed to check in earlier than in my booking.

I personally found the location inconvenient, not many restaurants or shops around, however, that wasn’t a dealbreaker. My room was next to some sort of utility closet/room therefore door slamming sort of woke me up several times.

Hotel is located in ancient historical building of Prince Graziolli. nice and welcoming reception, good rooms and breakfast make your rest even more pleasant in Rome city. to all main attractions 25-30 min by walk or 10-15 min by bus min

nothing ( just may be need to renovate this building in general). everything else is ok.

For Rome standards this is was a pleasant surprise for a midrange hotel. The room was modern, the bathroom excellent and the staff friendly. I would book it again if I need a hotel in that area.

The location is not for most tourists (I did not care), and the breakfast was nice but nothing spectacular. But overall, I really have nothing that I did not like.

Alessandro at the Reception was very helpful right from the start. He changed our room and enabled us to have better comfort. The area is away from the touristy parts, which is a plus. Quiet and gorgeous neighborhood in the embassy district of Rome. Next to gorgeous gardens, Villa Borghese and Villa Ada.

EXTREMELY friendly staff!!! Room was huge compared to other single rooms I've booked in other hotels. I think my favorite part was the super varied breakfast buffet - having dietary restrictions, there usually isn't a good variety of choices for me in hotel breakfasts but this one was perfect and it didn't spike my sugar (diabetic).
