The hotel was clean , quiet at night , very friendly host 👍🏾 would recommend.

The only missing thing is safe to lock the important things

It near to metro and Vatican City. Easy to reach and roam around. Neat and clean. Silent and calm.

They don’t have regular check in system and staff. The gentleman detailed for check in/ out is probably dealing with number of other properties also. It’s very painful to remain mentally stretched in uncertainty that check in staff will not be available even at given timing of 2pm - 8 pm. For any adjustment in check in they ask for extra amount. You need to disturb your entire travel plan just for this complicated and unfriendly check in issue.

The room is great, as in the photos, comfortable and clean. The young man who welcomed us is very nice, polite and helpful. He suggested a restaurant without us even asking. And when we asked the best way to get to the airport, they were also super helpful.

The building is a bit old and dusty in the hallway, which gives the impression that it will be bad inside. What I really thought was bad was having to schedule a time to check in, I hadn't seen that in the hotel description. As I didn't know what time I would arrive, it ended up being a problem for me as he wanted this information in advance. And when I chose a time, he said he would be there at another time, which left me very confused.

Great location, really close to Vatican City and restaurants. The area is pretty nice and close to the metro station. The room was really clean when I checked in and the staff was really welcoming!

The frame of the shower doors needs maintenance. At some point the water was flooding outside the shower. However, for me that wasn't a big issue since it only happens once. Also, water pressure isn't the best in the shower but is not something I was concerned about.

The location is very good with accessibility to everything important around you. The room service is very good and the room is clean.

I stayed for 3 nights and at night Rome gets a little hot, the ari conditioner was there but there was no remote control to operate it. We only got the remote control at the last night. Other than this, everything was Ok.

Location is awesome, close to metro, close to Vatican and lots of restaurants around. It was nice and clean, warm room, small bathroom, but exactly what you would need for a city break. Room was cleaned every day, which was really nice. Our host had several recommendations for where to eat or where to go - as for first timers in Rome.

I think our reservation mentioned something about a breakfast, free or paid, but there is no such thing - we didn't need breakfast, as we wanted to check the restaurants around, but don't expect any breakfast. Also, you will find this in other comments - I think it is important to be mentioned somewhere in the description that if you are to arrive later than 8 PM - there is a 20 euro fee - which is fine, understandable, but I think it should be mentioned.

Those rooms are near to Vatican (on foot) and to Fontana di Trevi and Piazza di Spagna by the metro. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet, with many choices like bistros, osterias even McDonalds and kfc.

I think they should provide the room with a small fridge especially for the summer and maybe some plates cutlery.

Very cute building. Lovely entrance and courtyard with multiple locked doors, so very secure premise, but very authentic Italian building. Close walk to the Vatican City. Staff were fantastic meeting us earlier then anticipated for an early check in and giving us good safety hints and recommendations for restaurants. I’d happily stay here again. Much more relaxed vibe around the Vatican City then near the colosseum.

Shower pressure was not the best, but was ok.

Great location near the Vatican on a fairly quiet street. Lots of places to eat nearby. Right by the metro. My room faced onto an internal courtyard and could hear other residents chatting in the evening (not late) which was really nice. Tiny lift up to 3rd floor which was a relief with a big bag. Bed was really comfortable. For Rome and for the location this is probably good value for money. Will be more careful re arrival time next time!

A bit peeved at having to pay a surcharge to arrive at any time other than between 2 and 8. My flight didn’t land until 9.30pm so on top of the €50 taxi charge (was told by owner metro stops at 9.30) I had to pay a €20 surcharge. Slightly nitpicky but the coffee machine in the communal area didn’t work the whole time I was there. Also this is listed as a B&B but there was no breakfast. Easily solved at a lovely cafe just down the road but a little misleading.

Very nice room in a typical building, location was good right next to Metro stop Ottaviano and 5min walking from Vaticano, Piazza San pietro. Owners are also very nice and flexible.
