The hotel is close to Ciampino Airport, which is why I booked it. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The parking was good.

They did not serve food so I walked to the local shopping centre for something to eat. The location is not great. It’s off a busy road in a location that you wouldn’t expect to find a hotel.

Hotel upgraded our room which was so nice, so posh room with bath in the middle ,romantic lights and TV,.Room was extraordinary, really clean, comfy bed. Staff very kindly, girls were so helpful. We enjoyed .Highly recommended

It's quite far from City Centre , but still is bus 72 near and then Subway to all attractions. Breakfast typical Italian ,so 😋 no much for my hubby.Very nice coffee ,croissants.

The staff and owner are amazing, funny and incredibly kind! My only complaint would be the water pressure is really bad but other than that we loved it!

Staff member was fantastic seemed like one guy doing it all , but he handled it well , hotel was best one in area I found location for us was good as it was near industrial area we needed to visit.

I liked the serene environment the property is located, staff were on top of their work.They seem to know what they are about. Names that come to mind are RACHELLE and ALEXANDRO,also the lady at housekeeping very hardworking and professional about her work.

If you happen to arrive at the property early,you will have to wait until 6pm before you can be checked into a room.Quite frustrating.

Room very spacious and comfortable, a bit cold. Staff was very friendly and active to help resolve. Modern furniture. Location in the outskirt of Rome, convenient to grab GRA. Breakfast was average. Bed was very comfy.

Away from Metro stations

Staff of JC Hotel were extremely helpful. They provided info on transportation, shopping and an excellent steak restaurant called The Butcher. The hotel was very clean and modern. Rooms were small, but had sufficient storage space and amenities. Parking is conveniently located on the property. The staff prepared and served a full hot savory breakfast or sweet breakfast croissants at guest’s request. My husband and I will definitely stay there again.
