Hotel in perfect central location round the corner from train / bus / metro station. All staff were friendly. Beds were so comfy and room was cleaned daily and to a high standard. Great value for money. Varied continental breakfast - well stocked. Relaxed breakfast room. Reasonable priced shop opposite hotel and vending machines in the lobby. Would defo stay again and recommend to friends.

The bathroom was the only downside to the hotel. The shower was very cramped and needed to open the doors to soap. Shower was very powerful though. Also got very humid as no window or vent in bathroom. The rooms air con was not working although this could be as we did not go in the summer season.

Great location, so close to the train station, but in a quiet side street, shops restaurants train station all around hotel, hotel is clean and welcoming 24/7 reception Great place to stay Brill aircon and bathroom Staff do all they can to make stay enjoyable Thank you goes out to house keeping I asked if I could have a tv to watch euros final and they went to such trouble to arrange this including setting it up to the correct channel A big thank you to house keeping staff. On arrival the staff could not have been more helpful - we were able to leave our bags in the hotel whilst we went and experienced Rome (we arrived before check in) there is someone on the desk 24/7 which was so helpful - the location is great just a street away from the Termini station - with lots of shops and restaurants around! It is easy to walk around to certain sites - we had a hop on hop off bus and the stop was just up the street! Was a great hotel to stay in and would recommend this 100%

Staff friendly 24hrs desk check is was easy and no extra cost to check after 11pm like some hotels clean and comfortable did 2 nights in Rome but was hardly in the room but it was a nice hotel to sleep and get ready location was perfect 2 stops On metro to Colosseum and 10 mins on the metro to the Vatican did everything in one day and the location was just perfect to make that happen and easy to get train back to airport from the hotel

The staff were very helpful, the young man when we checked in giving us suggestions where to eat dinner, the gentleman from the night shift giving directions where the coffee shop was and how to get there, and the young lady from the Phillipines when we checked out helpful with storage of our luggage - all very pleasent to strangers visiting their country making us feel welcome - benessimo, ciào

Very very close to Rome Termini station and other public transport.the staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was same everyday.Eggs,which is such a simple breakfast was not there which should be available especially in Winters (November)

Hotel room was clean and beds comfortable and the staff were lovely and helpful. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day.

The air conditioning was poor. The room was very hot at night making it difficult to sleep. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room and no hotel bar.

Fabulous accommodation - clean and comfy. Helpful, friendly staff. Great location - 2 min walk to Termini metro and 3 great restaurants on same street as hotel.

The only drawback was no iron and ironing board although you could pay to have garments pressed in a shop opposite

Excellent location close to Roma Termini Breakfast good with all choices of food We left early in the morning and dry breakfast products were provided in abundance Very pleasant and helpful staff

We were not sure if air conditioner was working but weather was nice and nights were cool do we did not need it
