Our deluxe rooms were big and comfortable, the staff was helpful and quick to fix any issue, it was clean (although the carpeted floors made my allergies flare up). The food at the in-house restaurant wasn't great, but affordable and a good solution for when you don't want to go far

The pool was closed without and explanation. Only one bus line near the hotel, and the timetable is unreliable. The nearest grocery shop is 16 min walk(or short bus ride) away on a hill.

Very friendly staff. Excellent food. Nice pool. Clean.

1. Confusion at check-in. We had 2 rooms booked via booking, com. At check-in only one of the rooms were found on my booking, maybe because we were one adult in each room 6108 and 5125,. However, the man at the desk found both bookings after some time, and he.was friendly and professional. 2. AC in 6108 probably not functional. We compared with AC in 5125 wich was effective. However, this was not a big issue since the temperature during our stay was not very high. Apart from the things mentioned above your hotel get a 10/10 from us. Thank you for an excellent time at your hotel Kind regards Anders Bruvoll, with family.

Food was incredibly delicious and authentic. Staff were so helpful and effecient. The cafe was amazing. Definitely try their latte machiato and tramisu, it is fineee! Swimming pool, marvelous. Nice view and we'll equipped. It is also cleaned regularly and maintained really well. Room: spacious, bed comfortable and the hotel is quiet allowing for good quality of sleep. Bathroom/ toilet also well maintained.

Location: This was my bad as I didn't know it was far from the city centre. However public transportation is available at a reasonable price. Spa and we'll centre was closed. Although I knew this before booking, it would be nice with it open.

The location was perfect. The lobby entrance was one of the most beautiful I have seen, spacious and open. Staff was helpful and spoke fluent English.

I was disappointed that we could not dine poolside. I feel the resturant needs to be more food allergy friendly. My son has a severe tree nut peanut allergy and it was disappointing that EVERYTHING on the poolside menu was cross contaminated. We sat down and ordered drinks while viewing the menu and had to leave to move to inside dining. Since this hotel has no walkable dining destinations the outside dining area should try to improve in this area. Especially since they offer an extensive pizza menu that looked delicious …

Room very spacious and clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and the staff were very good and friendly.

Property was located in an isolated area and you were unable to walk anywhere. Not happy that the fantastic pool did not open till 10am. A large crowd of people with children were waiting to go for a swim on a very hot day. Felt that the pool area should have opened a lot earlier so we could enjoy one of the best feature could have been accessed and enjoyed.

Exceptional hotel. Rome's greatest secret for an affordable and fabulous hotel stay. What a lovely surprise to have a fully functioning restaurant with a chef on hand for either an in room, or hotel restaurant dining experience. The food was a 10-plus with a short list of items, and 15-plus over the top service. Everything was good. There was a 5 min wait during check-in with a very helpful staff --and zero minute check-out. The cleanliness of every inch of this hotel was exceptional, and the decor had Italian accents with marble tiles, beautiful wooden trimed tables and dressers. The bed was VERY comfortable, the AC was excellent and we slept well because this hotel is VERY QUIET. The location is not good for strolling down the street to a cafe because there is nothing around. We knew this in advance. The choices are to take either car service shuttles at $40 each way 20-30 mins into the city, or spending $60 for 7 days of travel for two people---a 45 min journey into the city each way-- using the 128 bus to the Muratella train station transport just outside the hotel parking lot. You must know the transport situation in advance to avoid disappointment --- we did, so it wasn't a problem using our "Roma Passes." We took the bus to the train to the city. Whereas some people take a taxi to the train, to the city. All in all depending on traffic, it appeared to take 45 mins to an hour each way. We didn't mind. The Italian people were lovely and ready to help us every step of the way. We had a delightful time, and once again the Marriott did not disapoint us at all. This hotel was a winner for us!

We liked everything about this hotel. The only thing to change would have been the location, but then again if this hotel was in the middle of Rome, chances are it would be out of our price range.

Breakfast was excellent. Wide variety. Displayed nicely. Good cleanliness. Attentive and polite staff. One tiny thing- I like my bacon a bit crispier. Nice touch for omelettes to order and cappuccino! Loved the fresh fruit, cheeses and meats!!! Pastries were devine. Shop keeper in little boutique was helpful and prices affordable. And pool…awesome.

Would have liked there to be more shuttle service. It was all booked up both times. I would like the car service to be communally shared. Travelling alone gets very expensive for fares to restaurants.

Had to find a hotel for one night because of air traffic controller strike. We got there before the hordes of displaced passengers did so didn't have to wait in line too long. Staff was extremely courteous, conscientious: front desk, bellman, concierge, restaurant staff, bar/food area. Room was large and very comfortable. Food was good. I guess price was comparable to other big city Marriott's but felt it was a bit high because we really didn't get an opportunity to partake of the amenities.

Knowing there was going to be a full hotel of stranded travellers, the hotel should have increased their staffing for what turned into a chaotic day.
