Amazing! This place met all my expectations. The rooms were so tidy and clean; they cleaned my room twice a day, which I had never experienced anywhere else. The bathroom was clean, bright, and spacious. My wife and I initially booked another place, but it turned out to be a disaster, so we canceled our reservation and went hotel hunting. Luckily, we found this place, and there was only one room left, which we immediately booked. We will definitely stay at this worthy place again next time. The price is reasonable, and you get more than what you expected.

First of all, I would like to thank the hotel's reception staff, Carlo, Davide and Miriam, and the hosekeeper employee Winiefel. And thanks to the management for free prosecco and detox water at reception for 7/24 🫠 The location of the hotel was at the best location to reach everywhere. The comfort of the rooms and beds were incredible… The comfort of the pillows used and the fabric of the duvet cover set were the best I have ever come across… Everything was great, from the cleanliness of the bathroom to the quality of the hair dryer… I will choose the same hotel if I go to Rome again.

Our favourite hotel in Roma, But the prices are went too high in the last few years. The hotel is beautiful, in the best area. The reception is really careing, very kind everYbody. The room is beautiful.

Too expensive now. The room a lil small for this price, theres no balcony, you cant open the windows cos of the big bees outside.

A great hotel in the heart of Rome, excellent location about 5 minutes from Trevi and piazza spagna. We arrived at 2 in the morning and the girl in the receptioni welcomed us immediately and with a smile. Also, our applications to the hotel prior to arrival were answered quickly. Wonderful staff, kind and helpful, the rooms are spacious, very beautiful and very very clean! great value for money, highly recommend! we will definitely come back (:

This motel was beautiful! Our room was spotless clean and the service was impeccable. Our room was tentatively cleaned everyday and the staff responded to our every need. The rooftop view was stunning and a fantastic spot for an afternoon vino. Close to lots of attractions and restaurants. We will definitely stay again when in Rome.

Having stayed on the Room Mate chain in Madrid before I was curious to see if the Rome hotel would live it to the high expectations I had. And indeed they passed with flying colours. Both room and team where great, could not recommend them enough. Front desk staff very friendly and attentive. House keeping top notch to the details, even neatly rolling the charging cables I had left plugged in. Small details that reveal an attentive team. Received a welcome upgrade on arrival. Hotel very well situaded close to Rome's main attractions. A very special thanks and recomendation for Alice, from the breakfast staff for her attention and courtesy.

Transfer from airport to hotel arranged by the hotel showed up 40 minutes late from the moment I stepped outside and never even apologized. Had to call the hotel to know about his whereabouts. After meeting I had to race behind him back to the parking, I expected a little more. Had to pay a surcharge to the driver for a payment with CC, never mentioned in the e-mails between from the hotel, so the € 65,- turned into € 71,50. Did not bother to book a transfer back to the airport. Would not recommend the hotel offered transfer based on this experience alone.

- The location is amazing it is a 2 minute walk to the buses or subway. The Trevor Fountain and Spanish steps are also less than 10 minutes away, amazing! -The property was clean and modern throughout and felt very luxurious. -The staff were great and provided a fruit plate personalised for my boyfriends 30th which was lovely.

- The towels should be changed more frequently we were not given a new towel until our last day. - Disappointed with the view from our balcony area. I had requested a room with a view, however, this was not available for us during our stay sadly. Our room had no view and there was a high wall instead. Something for other guests to be conscious of as a view was something my partner really wanted.

Not didn’t like but just to clear it up.. the kitchen was not inside the room,, it was shared with other rooms.

Customer service was exceptional - The day we arrived in Rome, my wife came down with COVID. Several days later, I tested positive. The staff was immensely helpful in helping us navigate the situation. To begin with, they got us the number and directions for a nearby pharmacy that could do an official test and provide certification for travel. Next, they helped me to extend my stay for an extra two nights…and even though I had initially booked 4 nights through Booking.com, the hotel was able to book the additional two nights at a discounted rate. Although the room we were staying in had been specifically booked by an incoming guest (after the day we were supposed to leave), the hotel was able to make arrangements that would allow us to remain in the same room so that we did not have to deal with moving all our luggage while sick. I received a personal call from the Manager, Stephen, inquiring as to our well-being, and offering to personally pick up food or drinks for us from nearby restaurants since we were quarantined; a gesture which was extremely appreciated. Finally, the staff sent up Prosecco to the room to help make the vacation a little sweeter, despite the challenge. Hotel and room were terrific - very clean, up-to-date, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities you’d expect.Room was quiet, with no noise from other rooms or from the street. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever had. The location was also great - right in the historic center, but not in an overly crowded area. The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are very close (a few minutes walk) and the Barberini metro station is right around the corner. If you don’t mind a longer walk, you can get to the Colosseum or Forum in about 25-30 min.

Very comfortable bed and stylish room design with a great shower.

It's way overpriced and the terrace we got to our room had a 2m (6.5ft) high wall around so no view just the sky. The staff called us at 12.01 to remind us to check out I feel they could have waited another 10 mins since we were on our way out from the room. The breakfast is nice but not worth the price.
