The location was absolutely great as it was so close to St. Peter's Basillica, which was our main goal to be centralized in the city. The room was cozy but very comfortable. The air conditioner worked well, with cooling being effective and comfortable in a short period of time. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom reasonable in size and functional for 2 people. Best of all was the staff! They were all extremely helpful, accomodating and willing to serve and wanting to please us. I can't say enough about the young woman who checked us in late on a Friday and took care of any questions we had during our stay. She helped us with setting up a taxi one evening and gave great advice for places to go and how best to get there. The housekeeping was wonderful and we found a clean and tidy room every day after we returned from our day's activity.

Our only suggestions is a breakfast with more choices. It was the same every day, no changes and the selections were OK but not very appealing after the 3rd day of having breakfast there. Also, it would be nice to have access to ice for consumption. We did get some from the receptionist and it was enough, but I felt bad asking for it when it would be nice to have it self serve, whenever wanted. Thank you to the receptionist for providing what you did have available.

The location was great. The staff, inclusive the owner were very friendly and helpful, did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and good sized.

Breakfast options could be improved as we stayed 4 nights and cakes / pastries were not always fresh but then considering it was a very small privately run hotel I would say it was ok. We did use the facilities and it was still great to be able to use the kitchen.one should be reasonable with expectations and we were.

No fault of the hotel to our knowledge, but there was loud banging from construction early (0815) in the morning daily next door. Breakfast was decent, but there were no eggs (even pre-boiled and peeled) or hot food Restroom toilet and wall were too close together, making it uncomfortable to trying and sit on. Tourist fee was a negative requirement

Rooms are very clean and the location is spot on , just a few mins walk from Vatican City. It's located in a quiet street with many restaurants nearby. Breakfast is ok with fresh cake and brioches daily. In case of allergy or intolerance , no chance for oat or lactose free milk. No fresh juices, there is a dispenser with concentrates juices only.

Bathrooms very very small, impossible to use the bidet, they are stuck in a position that makes then impossible to use.

The location of the property is really good, close to Vatican and walking distance to a lot of attractions. A metro station is available at 8 minutes walking from the property. Lots of restaurants are located nearby which is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean. Daily housekeeping is provided which made our stay comfortable. The nice balcony is a succes and made our evenings cozy and sweet.

A bit difficult to find due to construction hoardings blocking the front. A sign over the door would also be helpful.

The staff were very friendly and unfailingly helpful. The room was splendid with a very cosy bed and a really good shower.

The breakfast could have been better but it was perfectly adequate. The coffee in the jug tended to be on the cold side and one day the milk was definitely off. Also the room where we had breakfast was small and when all the tables were occupied there wasn't much room to move around. Everyone was good tempered and it was not a major issue.

The staff, the location, the breakfasts, cleanliness, everything but one buzzing ceiling light was great. So much is within easy walking distance that anyone who appreciates Italy or the Vatican would appreciate, plus the large square nearby had stores, restaurants, cafes, busses, taxis, and a Metro stop.

Only the ceiling light in the bathroom of room 102 was unpleasant as it was a loud steady buzz for at least twenty minutes after it was turned on. Then it would stop for at least 15 minutes, but it would start up again. We were told the alternating buzz could not be fixed while we were there.

The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I got to the place in the middle of a thunderstorm but Vince kindly allowed me to dry off before checking in. The rooms were very clean and had a balcony too. It definitely deserves 5 stars instead of 3!

Great space for families. We loved the connecting two rooms. The location was in walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was clean and the staff were all super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!
