Property was spotless. Very relaxing. Nice having everything so close...pool, garden, car park etc. Loved the free bikes, mini football pitch and spacious apartments. Beautiful sunset from beach.. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

Not so much something we didn't like. But just to note it is in a residential area so if you want the vibrancy of the local marinas/towns you are between Vada and Cecina. Car recommended but not necessary. Also, vouchers are available for the beach but its not guaranteed you will get one. I think you need to ask early in the day for them, this wasn't explained to us so we missed out.

Here you can talk for a long time about how comfortable our stay at the Villa was. We didn't want to leave at all. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, cozy and very clean apartment with a chic balcony overlooking the garden. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for life. Two toilets, air conditioning, TVs, Wi-Fi, a lot of different dishes, a dishwasher and much more. You can have breakfast in the beautiful glass terrace. A gorgeous garden, in the shade of Cedar trees and with a Playground. You can play pingpong, or mini football, volleyball, badminton, chess or ride bicycles with the whole family (there are bicycles equipped with a child seat in the back). A huge, clean and beautiful swimming pool, with different depths, in which there is enough space and sun beds for everyone. Shady, convenient Parking on the territory of the villa. The beach is about 7 minutes walk.... My whole family is just delighted with staying at this villa. This is a place that every family should visit . With love for Italy.

Everything was just perfect: the pool area is fantastic and the location is close to the beach! Extra bonus are free bikes as well as nice playground. There is just 10 min ride to a really good supermarket CONAD. The staff were extremely helpful, thanks to everyone! And lastly, the breakfast was tasty with fresh local products.

This hotel was stunning- a lovely building in pretty grounds. Staff were very friendly and helpful let us check in early. Our apartment had two bedrooms (as that was all that was available) and a large balcony with table and space for drying towels. The pool area looked good but was too cold to swim in. The beach was only a short walk and you get free access to a beach area with sunbeds and an umbrellas and the sea was warm and clean. The free bikes were good quality and we biked miles through the pines to both Vada and to Marina di Cecina (which has lots of restaurants) and Marina di Bibbona. We found a family run restaurant that was open (Della de la Nocce) and ate there twice. It was a great location to explore the area.

The fitness room is very small and some of the equipment was not working (its in a tower and I had great views of the storm). The washing machines were a little temperamental. We hadn't realised that Mazzanta, where the hotel is located, would be quite so shut by the end of Sept. All the shops and most of the restaurants and beach bars obviously close by Sept 15th and nobody appears to live there permanently. We chose the hotel rather than the location. The beaches were ok but nothing special.

We had a fantastic break, I would definitely recommend. The room was a good size, with sofa bed for the children that easily packs up each day. The pool was fantastic, it was hard to drag the children away!! A very short walk away, the beach is lovely, where you can paddle, swim and snorkel. Kitchen space is really useful, local restaurants good, pizza delivery really good and breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The only downside were the mosquitoes, i was fine, but the children and my husband must have about 30 bites each, despite wearing fly spray!!

The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need, lot’s of closet space, big fridge, kitchen. Terrace with a washing rack, candle light,.. The airconditioning is extremely quiet! The breakfast (not included), is nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool a lot, there are plenty of comfortable beds and enough shadow, never too crowded. playground for the kids is also nice, again covered by trees for shadow, which is nice when it’s 35 degrees…!

The bread at breakfast was not good, too hard, not fresh. There is a Lunapark close by. allthough our son enjoyed this a lot, it can be quite noisy at night, till around 1am. earplugs help to sleep, but it’s too bad you can’t really enjoy a quiet evening on your terrace.

Everyone and everything was very nice.

The beach front staff wasn’t particularly helpful or engaged. Keeping in mind it is August, I’m sure most of the staff are ready for summer to end.

The location is perfect and very convenient to reach the nearby beaches. They also organise visits to the hinterland, where you can find beautiful vineyards and excellent wine. The apartments are clean and the space is suitable to guarantee the privacy of the guests. The breakfast is well organised and the products served are fresh and tasty. There is free private parking.

Nice place, great staff, available to answer any question, with a smile on their faces all the time, very nice and communicative.

The place for the breakfast was too small according to the number of people so we had to wait up to 30 minutes to have a table. The staff preparing/serving the breakfast was insufficient. Long time waiting.

Amazing place to stay in Tuscany. The appartments are really spacious, exceptionally clean and perfectly equipped. We also got a few snacks in the fridge. The location of the hotel is awesome, it is not far to anything. It is also close to the beach. There is a swimming pool and a playing ground for the kids. Parking space is included in the price. There is a possibility of buying breakfast, which is a typical Italian breakfast that we really liked. I definitely recommend this place for longer holidays, I am sure that we will be back!
