I LOVED this little hotel. it was easy to find and parking was great. Staff were friendly and the room was beautiful being a superior room which had doors opening onto a balcony with views of the mountains and river. The sound of the river was lovely and we slept with the balcony doors slightly open to hear this and breathe mountain fresh air while we slept. The bed was super comfortable and we had a nice big flat screen TV. Such a cosy place to stay. In addition to this, the bathroom was very big and modern and the bath robes were crisp and comfortable after having a shower. Breakfast was also very good. The location was great, we walked to the raclette restaurant up the road which is highly recommended and took a little walk around the pretty village. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

I needed a hotel on the Italian side of Mont Blanc after a long drive from the Dolomites, and this hotel was a pleasant surprise as I wasn't expectant too much but the room was really nice, with a balcony overlooking the river at the back, there is plenty of parking at the rear away from the road, and the room was very nicely decorated and smelt nice , really comfortable, also included was a good breakfast, staff friendly and smiley. The restaurant at the hotel was not open but there is a place about 2 minutes walk up the road, good pizzas. I would definitely stay here again, a memorable hotel.

The town itself was very quiet, its just one street really and the hotel was great with all staff wearing face masks, unfortunately the German motorbiker coughing over the cold meats and cheese at breakfast was sad to see.

Everything was great. Rooms (I stayed two nights in two different rooms) were very clean, bed comfortable and showers gave hot water instantly. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The persons at reception were very friendly and helpfull. You really get worth for your money in this hotel. I will come back for sure and I will recommend this hotel to my friends also. Thank you!

Only negative thing was, that their restaurant was not open, but there is plenty of good ones nearby.

The room had a lot of wool-covered objects, such as stools and pillows. I am somewhat allergic to wool so I just avoided touching it and I was fine, but if you're also allergic you might want to ask for it to be removed (I didn't tell them so it was okay)

Very nice hotel in a beautiful area outside the more busy spots which i consider a huge plus. This area isnt full of backpackers and is far more relaxed. The sound of the rushing water behind the hotel is very soothing. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a good selection and adds value to the stay.

The hotel was in a great location between Courmayeur and La Thuile and we really liked the feel of Pre-St-Didier. The breakfasts were great. The hotel was immaculate, but what really made it was the staff who were very helpful and friendly. The owner Massimo in particular really went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. As well as great skiing we found the therme (thermal baths which are a short walk from the hotel) were really good and well worth a visit.

The restaurant was open for breakfast but not for evening meals. This was not a problem because there were 2 or 3 good restaurants within east walking distance.

My friend is lactose intolerant and the staff was extremely comprehensive and accommodating regarding the breakfast. The quality of the food was excellent and the environment in general is very nice and quite. Highly raccomended.

Edelweiss hotel is a very good value for money for those who travel with moderate budget. The location is superb just in front of the Arriva bus stop, convenient to arrive from Aosta by bus, and also taking the bus from Pré-Saint-Didier to Courmayeur and back, also it is 5 min walk to Terme di Pré-Saint-Didier. Has own parking. I had a nice mountain view room with balcony, small single but very cozy. The bed was comfortable with fresh linen, like at home. It was warm, very good heating. The room and entire hotel is very clean and well maintained, the staff is super welcome, they gave me indications and advice on how to take bus, what to visit. The breakfast was excellent, local meat and cheese specialties, cereals, yoghurt, croissants, muffins, cakes, fruit, juice, tea, coffe, cappuccino. Really, I was surprised for a 2-star hotel this is top. I think this hotel deserves more stars, it is better than some 4-star hotels in Italy. Recommend with confidence!

Nothing to object! Excellent choice.

Stunning location and the staff simply couldn’t do enough to help us. We had an early start outside of breakfast hours but they went above and beyond and put together a breakfast for us.

Would have preferred a shower over the bath rather than just shower head attachment to taps but a minor detail.

Excellent location! It can’t literally be better than this! You are surrounded by the Alps(Mont Blanc) mountains and adjacent to a fast-flowing turbulent river! The addition of a free great breakfast is a plus too!
