Location and parking

Buzzing sound outside the room all night every 5 to 10 minutes. Annoying and made it difficult to sleep. Hotel staff didn’t appear to believe us when we reported it at checkout and claimed no guest had ever complained before. I During checkout the hotel staff said we should have requested a room change but to repack, get dressed and move rooms late at night after going to bed was an unsatisfactory response. Seems overpriced but unsure what is reasonable for the area.

Very close to the center, the location is OK. The beds are good quality, the blinds for the windows are good. Breakfast, without being exhaustive, was good enough. The free garage was a big plus. Over all, a good experience.

While I have booked a "comfort" twin room, first I have been offered a room which was very small and did not even have electric plugs to charge the phones, etc. However, the staff was friendly and offered to change the room for a bigger one, that was OK. The whole hotel was smelling wet and chlorine from the spa. I did not visited the spa, but I guess they leave the doors open. At the end of the stay I have been charged the local "tourist tax", although the booking was saying "all taxes included". Trying now to sort thins out via booking.com customer service. In conclusion: pay attention at check-in to receive the proper room and pay attention at check-out to not be charged extra !

The hotel offered a warm and welcoming environment. It boasts a great location, a delicious breakfast, and exceptionally friendly staff, especially Andrea at reception! Both the city and the hotel come highly recommended.

Very tasty breakfast served in a very romantic and cozy atmosphere. The location is torn from heaven, with a view that will take your breath away. I will definitely come back!

Wellness a bit expensive but we also couldn't test it there closed.

Difficult parking due to narrow space situation; expensive extra charge for separat wellness and pool (small)

The Spa service was really good and all the service in general... very helpful and willing to accommodate your needs. Location few meters from the center or from Casino depends why is one there for ;).

That I had to leave so soon...a small refreshment bar in the spa area would help ... sometimes you like to have a weather or so.

The room was good and I had a small balcony to dry my hiking clothes. The selection of the breakfast was okay

Near the center with nice rooms. Staff are friendly und you will get discount for the thermal spas of saint vincent. lots of restaurants nearby.

Not real bread for breakfast. Same price for hotel spa (2h) vs. saint vincent spas (4h). You have to pay extra for parking (10€ per night) but there is a outdoor Parking nearby (Casino Parking).
