We stayed two great days in the hotel. Staff is very helpful with always smiley faces. Typical South Italian hospitality and charm. Rooms are big and clean. Hotel has a private parking. Great breakfast. One of the best pizzeria restaurant Pepe Nero is located in a distance of 20meters. In a distance of hundred meters there is a private well organised but very cheap plage where you can sweam. Our special thanks to helpful staff

Reasonable breakfast which included a basic variety of products. Quality was good. We checked-out before the breakfast opening hours and the receptionists were waiting us with two breakfast bags. Nice gesture. We had a car and paid a reasonable price for underground parking (I think around 8€ for first day and 6€ thereafter). Hotel itself only had a solarium but had an agreement with a private beach located 15min walk away, €10 per seat, with very good beach quality and spectacular ciews. The hotel was located ~ 20min walk away from Salerno city centre and 30 min drive from Amalfi and surroundings. Reasonable room price considering peak season. Room was clean and we had a balcony with gorgeous sea-view and towards the Amalfi cost.

During one if the nights the receptionists were having what I saw as a heated argument with a guest, maybe if this happens again they could move all the situation towards a separated room?

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel. Everything was available from delicious sweets, to cereals with fresh fruit, nuts and dried fruit, eggs, boiled and scrambled, and savories. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a lovely view. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We thought that the Hotel on walking distance from the harbor was… that was a mistake with 2 heavy suitcases. But there are buses and taxis of course.

Breakfast was great!! View was amazing and very walkable to lots of things. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Location was great because we planned to take a boat tour from Salerno along the Amalfi coast and it was easier to park a larger car here than it would have been in other towns. Parking is paid but it’s really not bad at all. We will absolutely be back!

ACs were not the best in some rooms but they sent a tech to come take a look and it was working better after that.

Most amazing staff who were so so helpful upon my late arrival. Dinner suggestion of a local pizzeria (Vanacore - La bottega di Gragnano) was amazing and one of, if not the best pizza I’ve had on my many vists to Italy. Thank to the two Ladies (I’m sorry I have forgotten your names!) for making my 1 night stay so welcoming and for being so helpful. Breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful in answering questions. Great location too for catching a ferry from the port which is located not too far away. Thank you again for a great experience!

Great breakfast, with the sea right in front of you. Air Con rooms with a balcony and a view of the Amalfi Coast. But the people made it. All so helpful and pleasant...they made the difference.

If you want to eat at the excellent Pepe Nero next door....book before you go and ask to be outside by the Sea. otherwise you will need to go hunting for a decent restaurant.

The whole hotel mainly uses blue, white and beige tones with good taste. - Spacious room with balcony, sea view, thick curtains, good light blocking. -The bed is pretty standard. - The bathroom has equipment for the disabled or the elderly. The shower room is spacious and the shower is convenient. -All staff are very polite and helpful, It shows that this hotel cares about customers and trains employees very well.

There is a slight disadvantage that the room is not soundproof, can hear other rooms dragging chairs or talking to each other.

The owner of the hotel gave me a sea view room which was excellent - a beautiful room overlooking the bay.. The room was smartly decorated in blue and white.- spacious and modern. The terasse was lovely to sit out on and have breakfast. Which was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

I could only get Italian TV. But you don't go on holiday for TV.

Recently renovated and well equipped rooms with beautiful sea views on Salerno and Amalfi coast. Our room had balcony but you can also enjoy sea views from hotel terrace downstairs. Sevice on the reception and on breakfast was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Many thanks to all hotel staff who made our stay at Polo Nautico unforgetable. Breakfast had good selection with excellent pastrys and very well done cappucino. It seems in Salerno hotels don't have private beaches but there are free public beaches 50-100m on the left and righ sides of the hotel. Closer to the city - black sand, in other direction - white sand. Also there are plenty of nearby lidos if you prefer premium beach experiense. Location to the city center was quite good just 20-30 minutes walk and we used taxi only twice to transport our luggage. We highly recommend Pepe Nero restaurant beside the hotel for their local authenic and generous meals and also try a day trip by ferry to Amalfi or Positano for dramatic Alamfi coast views and beautiful towns. Just ask details on the reception.

Ceramic tile floor in the room and only one towel hook in the bathroom.

The room was big, the bed - comfortable, the staff- ready to help and very nice. The hotel has an amazing terrace, right on the seaside, so, the breakfast on this terrace was a real pleasure.

Our room doesn’t have balcony or sea view, was on the street side. The noise from the street is hearing always, day and night… Aldo, even the hotel is right in the front of the sea, there is no beach.
