It was a really superb place to stay. we arrived in the middle of the night, after a bad experience in the airport. The person on the night desk was so kind and welcoming. The rooms were very clean, pure cotton sheets and good quality mattresses. There was a well stocked mini bar, containing, chocolate, water, crisps, soft drinks as well as alcohol. very reasonably priced. Breakfast in the morning was included and absolutely excellent, everything we could have wanted was there. The staff were lovely, helpful and very friendly. As a family, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, we would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

There is no sign DO NOT DISTURB for the room and they don't respect any request for privacy. Our room was always serviced/cleaned, even with fresh towels. It was not requested and still happened. Quite annoying. The room was noisy - you can hear talk and shower/toilet rumor from other rooms. Especially the bathroom in next room was so noisy. Breakfast starts at 6:30AM, but workers are there at 6:00 and at 6:35 there was a lot of food gone and one had to wait 10-15 minutes to be resuplied.

Good price for Milano, comfy beds ,free car park with video surveillance. Very clean the rooms, and staff super friendly to help you with all the info's that you need. Also good Internet free of charge .

Far from Metro station without a car you cannot reach by foot. I did not seen any bus passing that industrial estate. From station San Donato until Duomo with metro in 15min you are in city centre. For 3 days metro zone 1-3 you pay 12 euro per person which I found it cheap.

Very friendly 24/7 reception, fair to good English speaking staff. Discount at local restaurant. 10 min from San Donato park and ride to M3 metro line terminus. Complete breakfast with fresh fruit.

Well maintained rooms with somewhat dated but well functioning equipment.

Wonderful place, clean, tidy, big, and great breakfast.

Only one employee spoke English, the others understand and speak very little, which made our communication difficult.

The property is located in the country, near an industrial zone with quiet streets and good restaurants. It was a 25 minute drive to the Duomo area. Not too bad, if you have good GPS.

WiFi was inconsistent.

It is a very practical hotel to go to/come from Milano. The staff is very friendly.

We were on a bike tour. So not sure about the connections of the place

The bath tub did not drain. It was funny as they gave us the jacuzzi room as compensation for the delay at check in.

Sunday there is no bus to train Station. What makes us to soend money with taxi.
