Claudio, the host was exceptional with providing information, helping with queries and transportation and a very good communicator. A pleasure to deal with. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast which consisted of cakes, sweet slices, tarts, biscuits, croissants, bread and coffee. I believe that for the room price charged a continental breakfast should be the minimum provided, i.e. cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast, coffee and juice.

We arrived after the booking hours for the room, but informed the host prior our arrival and he assured us that someone will be there to attend. Its a quiet place, a little bit far but easily accesable with a car.

Furniture could use an upgrade.

Well located to arrive in our car/van with private parking and avoid driving inside the city of Pisa. Beautiful house and location, we got very good recommendations from the host. We had a very relaxing stay!

Such a kind owner. He let us check in early. Facilities were good. He prepared breakfast with a smile. Decent room. Small; but functional. And clean!

Only that it’s a bit outside of Pisa, but that’s what you pay for. When you have a car it’s no problem. Wifi instructions unclear and it wasn’t the best.

clean rooms in a quiet area and a very polite,warm and welcoming host. He told us without asking where we can find good restaurants and free parking in the city centre. Being for the first time in Pisa, we trusted him and we saved time following his advice. thank you again.

The host was very nice and helpful, I got a ride to the bus stop and sometimes into the city everyday I stayed there. I was welcomed very good and felt so happy to be there. The nicest place I have stayed at ever, I really recommend this place. The host again was one of the nicest people I have met he explained to me where I should go where I shouldn't and he helped me get there. Breakfast was nice and cosy very sociable. 10 out of 10👍👍👍

The room very comfortable, clean and spacious. The owner very friendly and helpful. He gave me information and addresses of places in Pisa, restaurants and where I can find free parking.

The householder is very nice and helpful. Very convenient communication via WhatsApp. Helped us with free parking in Pisa, and with shopping centre. The room is spacious enough for 3, the bathroom is a little bit tight. The breakfast is alright, coffee, fresh bread, spreads and jams, some packed pastries and toasts. No one left hungry. The parking is on the street, every time we needed, there was a place.

The place is a little bit far from the city centre. We were with car, so it was fine with us.

The host was very good and very helpful. The property is very charming and full of character. We enjoyed learning a little about its history.

Nothing
