Premium feel from start to finish. Unsure why everyone moans about the check-in, you just have to be a little tech savvy... Slept incredibly well. Spa is only a very short walk away. Very nice restaurants nearby. Parking was perfect and secure. Staff were very helpful when needed. We will we back very soon.

We started our trip to Italy from this hotel, and it was just amazing! This was the best hotel in the whole trip. Incredibly clean, spacious room. In the room, there is a dyson hair dryer, marshal speakers, a complimentary minibar filled with free San Pellegrino drinks and chocolate, a huge selection of all kinds of creams, shampoo, shower gel and other things. Nespresso coffee machine and herbal teas, vegetable chips and much more. We had a room with a balcony and amazing views of the mountains and San Pellegrino Terme itself. It was unforgettable! I also really liked the lobby, where you can drink herbal teas and coffee for free, take cookies, water, dried fruits. The beds in the room were very clean and comfortable, after visiting the spa we instantly fell asleep in these beds like on a cloud, and in the morning we enjoyed coffee and cookies on the balcony and breathed the mountain air. I advise everyone, it was wonderful!

The only unpleasant surprise was that when you book a "hotel + spa" package through booking, you cannot choose which day you will go to the spa, and as it turned out at the very last moment when you book through booking, they book a spa for you on the day of departure, which very strange, because on this day you are leaving. I had to persuade the hotel employee for a long time to rebook the spa for us on the day of arrival, because the next morning we were already leaving and we simply did not have the opportunity to visit the spa. To which I was offered to cancel the reservation, while losing almost 300 Euros and book again on the site with the ability to choose the day of visiting the spa. After all, we managed to persuade us to change the day of visiting the spa and everything was fine.

The check-in process sucks. - The check-in machine's menu is unclear, too much reading instructors instead of picture instructions (think airlines check-in) - The machine is shower than any human Tip: if you replace humans with machine, at least get machines that do a better job than the humans. By the way the staff on site was essential to a positive experience. To improve: - online check-in doesn't give confirmation - online check-in not complete, why can't you send scanned copies of your passport vie the online check-in and then get a room assigned automatically when available?

Location close to the village and the baths, modern room and very clean, very comfortable bed.

There is no reception at all, nobody to ask if you need information or have any problem. Complete absence of any kind of service, just a room to sleep. In the room plenty of useless amenities but absence of basic ones, for example the HAND SOAP! Looks like the company decided to not put it any more in the rooms. We asked also for a toothpaste since we forgot ours but there wasn't any available.

All facilities were brand new,nice clean room and nice location.

Check in . As a genius 3leveI, which I spent already more than 13 hotels worldwide, I need to clearly say this is the LONGEST time that I spent to check in just to fill my credentials in the totem,plus my companion too. 15 minutes in the totem after spent half day in the airport and just to get there. Staff were really nice but they were helping you out when you were struggling only. I highly recommend to fill the check in on line. Other than that all good.

V quiet room, complementary san pellegrino of all flavours, music, v nice modern bathroom, mini balcony. Service was excellent (info, taxis booking) and good coffee machine. Spa package we had with room was great value for money.

Check in: too long - online should speed up process but no. Recommend this is sped up.

Size of room, good aircon. Free mini bar! Very modern design. Free toiletries sets to take away with you a really nice touch. Really nice clean new hotel and the car park is very good and not a bad price, 8 euros a day!

The automated check-in, no email sent with entry code prior to arrival and no staff there to let you in. Fortunately another guest let me in and explained how to check in. Difficult!

The hotel is owned by the same company that has the thermal baths in Milan, Rome, Bormio, and San Pellegrino, so the quality of their services is exceptional as in all places they manage. This hotel brings a different concept for travellers, since it is oriented towards top-quality with self-service. You enter using a code received after booking online and paying, and you check-in using some machines in the living area (there will be some employees there all the time to help you just in case). The downturn of this system is that machines are slow and might encounter some errors , and travellers can get confused with so many codes and details regarding all these procedures. Would have been better if they offered breakfast and if the hotel was closer to the thermal baths (it takes like 5-10min by foot between these 2 places). Anyway, you get to walk through beautiful streets, and the hotel has offers free drinks and snacks. Overall it was a 10/10 stay by comfort and facilities!

Unbelievable value, service, location. I don’t want to oversell it as I hope there’s always a room available for my visits!! The thermal spa connected to the hotel is amaaazing! Definitely take the whole day for it and the lunch is incredible value. All in all an incredible stay - I wish I’d booked for a few nights more!

We were recommended this place by friends and now we would recommend it to others! Be sure to take a spa package to experience the thermals! The QC room property itself is a modern place with a great design and modern approach with its self check-in stations with easy to follow steps! Beside that, every space in this hotel has it’s own scent, that is AMAZING! You can even purchase same scented bottles on your departure day. Our room and lobby had Nespresso machines with a wide variety of coffees to be chosen from as well as all kinds of st pellegrino water and cocktails(lemonades), cookies and some alcoholic beverages (in the lobby) at day time. We visited this place during our honeymoon road trip and would definitely come back one day to QC rooms.
