+ Gated property, very spacious and green, especially for rural Sardinia in the summer. + We had a villa, it was large for the five of us (3 adults, 2 kids 11 and 8 y o). + Nice pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Lots of shade if you need to hide yourself from the sun. + Amazing beaches, everything from calm and tidy Spiaggia di s'Arena Scoada to lovely Is Arutas with quartz sand (a must see). + Very friendly and customer oriented staff. + Food! Amazing! Could possibly be more basic options for kids, but I understand why Luca wants to keep a traditional touch. + Kids loved everything about the place.

- Hard to find where to eat lunch in rural Sardinia. There are some very basic food sheds at the beach. But the villa had a well equipped kitchen, and there is a large Crai supermarket just 10-15 minutes drive from the property, so we pretty much made our own lunch and ate it outside in the tree shade. Brings back the childhood memories. - There was a bee invasion at the pool on one sunny day, but it is hardly something that has to do with the property.

it is obvious that they are on a big renovation project - some areas still need some up-dates but in general it is a lovely place to stay. what really made the difference for us; very friendly staff and a fantastique dinner followed by the best breakfast we had during our 10 day stay in Sardinia! the omlette was sooo nice! I would definitely recommend it for a short stay.

there is nothing we didn't like and it was a perfect stay for 1 night. the room we stayed in and the area around could be improved with some up-dates - but sure this is already planned. it is remote, therefore you do need to take the car to go to the beach, another restaurant etc. but as the restaurant on site offers such great food, the bar area is lovely - there is no need to go anywhere else during a short stay. we probably would not chose to stay for a week or more.

Attentive and friendly staff really made this stay memorable, so a huge thank you to all of them. Room was not what was expected (but in an entirely good way), they may have been recently renovated? Absolutely delightful stay and wish it was for longer than the one evening.

Service was a little slow at dinner possibly due to a shortage of staff, though restaurant crew who were there certainly saved what could have been a disappointing night with their warmth and kindness. I wish I could remember the name of a certain waiter as he is a gem to be treasured, thank you sir.

The most genuine and fantastic staff, honestly some of the best food in Sardegna, and literally the most child friendly but not in a disturbing obnoxious way. The rooms are great with kitchens and cleaning service every day, you don't need to bring anything! They even have umbrellas for the beach! And the staff is amazing I can't say enough about them. From watching your baby while you eat dinner to letting you sample homemade delicacies...the service is impeccable and the people genuinely wonderful.

Too much crammed into small space - for family of 3 (incl 2yo) our room had beds for 3 in the bedroom plus bunk beds in the kitchen which took up space and made it very cramped. Soundproofing was terrible - could hear normal level conversation through the wall as clear as if we were in the same room

The Albergo is located in the middle of a natural protected area close to salinas. It is well embedded into the surroundings. The rooms are great size and great for a family's self-catering. The restaurant is probably the best in the surroundings. The staff is very welcoming. The location is excellent for those wanting to explore the great beaches in a 20km radius.

If they keep renovating the room and bath furniture it will be even better.

Cool place with flexible staff and relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast international orientation and great cappuccinos. Silent at night, lively friendly during the day. We walked there and it was facilitated to the max.

We stayed as a family in the May half term, we had a beautiful large room with a separate living kitchen area. The hotel is family run which you can tell as they generally care about making your stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast was delicious and all local produce no waste as you ordered what you needed which was refreshing to see, especially in this day and age. The food in the evening was exceptional and Luca was very accommodating with the children. You will need a car if you want to explore local areas and beaches. It was our first time to this beautiful country and the food, people were so friendly, we will definitely be back.

lovely stay! Everything we needed. Lovely staff that was helpful and polite. Food in the restaurant was mostly very good! Free bikes to use, lovely location near great beaches. They were kind enough to pick us up by car nearby because we were backpacking using public transport.

We were missing an easy access to nice tap water, the one in the rooms was an unusual flavour, I wished we could maybe collect a carafe from the fancier machine at reception. If I had to be picky: sometimes felt a little sales-y with only options of somewhat pricy wines being available instead of a more affordable house wine. Part of the fancier restaurant I suppose, not a big deal. also would recommend some general snacks for guests to buy. if we didn’t make it to a supermarket we had to wait until dinner to eat anything, but I suppose it’s not an issue if you have a car, which most guests did. Some of the bike tires were flat and difficult to cycle on the terrain.
