The staff is amazing! Polite, welcoming, attentive to every need, efficient. The area is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen has most of the amenities.

The WiFi was very weak and we gave up on using it. Air conditioning is only in the double bedrooms and it got very hot in the living room and the kitchen, so hot that we couldn’t really spend time there. The outdoor kitchen is a nice place but the mosquitoes will eat you alive. The distance from the beach turned out to be longer that’s we imagined to ourselves, our fault. But with two toddlers and two elderly parents it was sometimes challenging

It's great that each unit has its own yard. It also has an outdoor shower, complete barbecue equipment, a large parasol. In the living room there is a fan on the ceiling, which really means, there is no need for air conditioning, in the bedroom there is one air conditioner which is great. The staff is really good, they are there for any problem or help you have, and if there is a problem they solve it quickly.

The kitchen does not have enough cooking equipment. As for the shower in the bathroom, it is very impractical, especially with a small child when you are, it is difficult to enter the shower because of the bidet. A small table could be inserted next to the couch in the living room.

Very close to the beach, and still in a very quiet area. Beach is outstanding!. Villa was nice and clean, equipped with everything you needed. Great support from the staff. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. There were some small things that bothered us, but the beach paid everything back, just fantastic!

We booked the biggest villa as we were 7 people. But villa had only one shower inside. The second bathroom did not have any shower. This was very difficult for us to have only one shower for such a big group. There is no WiFi despite the password is provided. Signal just is not enough to reach our villa. This did not bother us too much , but still...

I was travelling in June (alone). Communication was very easy from the very beginning and I got very good recommendations for food in San Vito. The apartment is easy to find from the bus station, and is a 3 min walk from the beach. The plus is, that you don´t have cars around in front of the apartment. San Vito is small, so anyway everything is close. It´s perfect if you want to relax. The kitchen was well equipped, in case you want to cook or just prepare a hot drink. You can sit outside and if you come back from the beach you have had the possibility to shower outside (with warm water!). I can recommend this place.

The only minus I give is, that the internet wasn´t functoning properly. But it was still off season and they were trying to fix the problem during my stay there.

Very nice apartament for the price. Spacious, well equiped. Very good location - only 5 min walk from the beach and port. Easily accomodate 4 adults. Nice and reasonably large patio. Free parking, good internet. Located in the second/third row of buildings - even loud concertes on the beach are well muted by the distance and surroundings. Shower cabin rather small - at least in our apartament.

The photos do not reflect the real appearance of the object. This place looks a lot better when you see yourself. First I would like to thank receptionist who was exceptional if it comes to help in any kind of matter. Salwadore was helpful even in the evening out of his working hour’s. My apartment was freshly renovated, with new air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen. Outside terrace with outside shower to wash yourself from sand, brand new grill to make delicious dinner. Francesco and Gaspar both kind enough to answer all my questions. Thank you guys I’m more than happy to book another stay this year! See you soon!

I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like

This place was amazing. Everything we’d hoped for and more. We really had an amazing experience in San Vito. The accommodation was perfect and in a fantastic location. Very clean and well equipped, loads of space and amazing outside area. Absolutely loved it. And the staff were very friendly, very welcome and helpful. We would 100% stay here again.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Close to the beach and town. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped. Generally, a nice place to stay.

Property is quite dated and feels it. I'm a tall man and the shower was nowhere near big enough to accommodate me, though I understand this is more a specific problem to me. The back yard could use some more attention.

Ideal location for us, set away in a quiet area but minute's walk from the main beach and restaurant area. Francesco and his colleagues were fantastic - very welcoming on arrival, from helping us with bags to recommendations of places to eat, visit etc. Throughout our stay, they were very helpful, accommodating any requests.

We stayed in Residence number 14. It had all the room and facilities that we needed. The kitchen was nice and with the airco upstairs we had no trouble getting some sleep in the warm environment.

The shower was not so nice. It was really old and did not look so promising. Renewing the shower would level up the appartment again.
