The location, access to the sea and the view from the terrace was great. Also around the corner (just few mins walk) Ancora restaurant which is great for lunch and dinner. At the back of property you can get into the sea, but you can also walk your way to the right to find places with slightly easier access to get in and out if needed.

The rooms were fine in general, but not necessarily spot clean and the A/C in our room didn't work too well so during the night it become warm in the room - although on max fan and coldest temperature setting.

The property is a nestled right into the coast of the sea with a property gate to the sea. There is a short walk to the beach area. Breakfast is  phenomenal. Anna helps to make you welcome upon arriving and the entire trip. Our family definitely did not want to leave when our time was up.

Busy road out in front of property. We rented a car which worked out perfectly. It would be a little difficult to walk to a restaurant etc.

The view was amazing and the accomodation has a private beach, the water had a really good temperture and its a good place for snorkeling.

Towels are overused, but clean. The breakfast was medium-quality. This accomodation is a really good choice. only if you are traveling by car.

Lovely setting right on water. Gorgeous garden and comfortable beds . Aircon good and good bfast on terrace. Good restaurant easy 5 minute walk from rooms. Hosts assisted us with booking restaurant and were very helpful

Residenza has an exceptional sea view with a beautiful garden. A lot of greenery, a huge shade area, and a lot of sun. Direct entrance to the beach. For everybody. Anna is an excellent host

Fantastic location with own easy access swimming spot amongst coastline quiet and private. very nice rooms and outdoor area. Fantastic value for money. would return in a heartbeat

only comment is some sun loungers would be a good addition to deck furniture.

The most beautiful garden I've ever seen (exotic trees, palmas, stone decoration) The sea view is spectacular Nice breakfast with some Sicilian specialities. Good location close to Palermo

We lived in the highest level of the hotel and noise from the road disturbed our sleep in the morning. It's not about the property itself: in November there were so many mosquitos.

Gorgeous view and beach and Anna was incredible! So accommodating and helpful with recommendations, requests, etc
