The breakfast option included is wonderful and good quality. The hotel offers the BEST jets ever in the Thermal pools. A therapeutic experience!!!

The dinner quality of foods, including the set menu options at hotel restaurant was not a good value.

This hotel is situated on thermal springs, which feed several pools, both indoor and outdoor. These springs were the main reason we visited, as the hotel is otherwise in a remote location. Unfortunately, the springs were the only highlight of our stay. The room was mediocre. No real problems, but it wasn't modern or well-designed, which might be acceptable for a short business trip on a budget, but it's completely inadequate for a destination where people come specifically to relax and enjoy themselves. Parking is free and numerous. Pools are included in the price. However, they require swimming cap and unless you have it with you -- you'll have to buy it (as well as towels, bath robes and slippers). A small rip-off.

Staff: I cannot recall another instance where the staff made us feel so unwelcome. It was as if we had intruded into their home in the middle of the night demanding service. The hotel advertises many wellness procedures on their website, yet none were available for booking. We were constantly redirected with instructions like "Go there, turn left, ask the person there" and "Go to the reception, ask there." Eventually, we gave up on trying to use any of the services. Breakfast: The only tolerable item was the coffee; the food was subpar and mostly from the supermarket. In Sardinia, a region known for its culinary richness with abundant fresh fruits and exceptional cheeses, it was disappointing to be served supermarket sliced cheese. There are no alternatives unless you're willing to drive 20 minutes to the nearest town.

Thermal pool was nice and clean. The massage showers in the pool gave me a great massage, unlike the body rub i received that I paid for. Not a good masseuse!

It seriously felt and looked like hospital! It was scary and quiet and I felt like I was being admitted to a hospital. Even the eating area was like a hospital cafeteria! Not good! The paint in my room was blotchy and ugly and in certain places dirty!
