The staff at the Carlos Felice hotel were exceptional. So friendly and kind. In particular Lizzy on front desk was really patient with us while we were trying to learn Italian with lots of good suggestions for places to visit. Viola was lovely at Breakfasts each morning making our preferred Coffee just as we like it and the cleaner team were such a great team doing a fantastic job of keeping the hotel immaculate at all times.

A swimming Pool would have made the hotel facilities perfect. The lack of one was the only downside for us. Location wise it is a good base for visiting North Western Sardinia but it was a bit further out from the centre of Sassari than we thought.

Perfect breakfast - great variety of both sweet Italian breakfast as well as continental options. Loved it.

All good. Just one recommendation -please discontinue the usage of the one-use plastic cups for juices.)

Newly refurbished, clean, well maintained.... The nice place from where all the region is easely accessible by car. Hotel is on nice location,, with private parking... Everything like in description. I recommend to all smart Travellers :)

The Hotel decor is elegant and modern, creating a confortable ambience. My room was spacious, impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly confortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We stay 1 day there.

The hotel is decorated in a unique and beautiful way. We thought the pictures don't do the hotel justice. The breakfast was great. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The staff were great too.

The location is not ideal if you want to reach the interesting parts of the city by foot.

This is a very pleasant hotel with good facilities and very helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

It is in a residential area so there are not a lot of restaurants around. It is quite far from the city able. Having a car is preferable.

breakfast buffet has a wide selection of good quality food options. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and well equipped room. Free parking on-site.

Evening restaurant was only available on our first day 1st June, not on evenings 2nd-5th.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.I liked the fact that there was cooked food on the menu in addition to the more normal continental breakfast.

A better stocked bar would be helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Carlos Felice, the hotel is comfortable & modern and the staff friendly & helpful, also the breakfast was fine too. we reccomend this hotel & would stay ythere again in thje future

Nothing, the hotel is a distance from the city center, but since we had a car no problem, & the concierge told us the best place to park.
