The B&B is located in an historical building, so it's very fascinating. Location is strategic: next to city center but also 5 mins walking from the beach. Despite the central location it is very quiet at night so you have good night sleep. Beds are very comfy. Parking is not free next to the b&b, but there is free parking nearby (passing the railway bridge on the right).

Breakfast is good, but it is mostly sweet breakfast (lot of cakes). I visited in winter so maybe in summer is larger.

Great location and a good B&B. Easy explanation to arrive and enter. Room comfortable though quite small. Breakfast is good with eggs at your choice. Very good shower and bathroom.

Proximity to train tracks can be disturbing at night when the fast trains go by, if window is kept open. Not suitable for people without ability to walk one sharp floor up.

Beautiful room in an historical building, very central and convenient for both the beach and the city centre. Breakfast was really good and the croissants delicious! Clean and tidy to perfection.

Very clean and modern facilities. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very helpful. Location was excellent. Very enjoyable stay.

Finding the place was challenging. Instructions were sent but still had trouble. However they responded to phone call and were helpful in resolving the problems norm.

This was truly a pleasant surprise. A great gem of a room. The design, the layout, the finishing, was all superb. A very modern finish in an old historic building. With a nice furniture and stylish sitting corner, a real place to relax.

There was nothing that you could not like with this property.

The room was very clean and pretty, the bed very comfortable. I slept really well. It was a fairly easy self check-in with all the instructions given through whatsapp. I met one member of staff and she proved to be extremely friendly, chatty and very helpful when I needed to find something! Nice view from the room and literally in the centre so can reach the restaurants and main attractions in a few minutes. The breakfast is fairly basic, Italian style, so only sweet things.

The parking is extremely difficult. I had a medium-size car (Ford Puma) and the entrance under the archway was very difficult to manage, I had to manoeuvre several times to prevent scratching it. Only 3 places available and the one next to the wall cannot be used if other cars are parked next to it as there is no space to manoeuvre the car into that space. But the exit is easy as one can use the whole courtyard to position the car in line with the archway.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast with a lot of choices. Location close to the centre and all main amenities. Nice view over the canal.

A bit of noise coming from other room tv and common areas. There was no air dryer in the bathroom. Car park not included, only 2 available so book in advance if you need it.

Beds we incredible with great sheets. We’ve been traveling for 2 months, a nice bed makes all the difference.

Located in the centre of Senigallia, the rooms are close to restaurants, venues, markets, etc.. and the beach at the same time; This's surely ideal if you wanna get rid of your car and enjoy the city by foot. You'll enjoy the foody breakfast with a lot of homemade pies and products (feels like being in an Agriturismo) The staff is nice, really helpful and friendly. Finally the freshly refurbished rooms are very nice and comfortable!

The entrance of the parking downstairs is a little bit narrow, this is because as for many other villages in Italy, streets and portals are always narrow. if you have a SUV or else a big car, ask to the staff for another solution (there're a lot of parking areas just close to). In general if you choose a flight to come to Italy, you better rent a small or medium car to travel around: this is always a good solution and in this case you could enjoy the parking area downstairs.

Everything! The room was beautiful, the hotel very charming and the staff amazingly friendly. Don't be afraid of the noise of bars in the Foro, because the isolation is incredible - we did not hear anything even though there was music in the bars close by. The breakfast was lovely - even the way everything was set was beautiful. The hotel also has a private parking with gate and surveillance cameras (but for a fee). The view of the room was also great, towards the river. It is walking distance from the beach and right at the old town. We will come back!
