staff were very friendly and super helpful! the room was very comfortable and clean, with AC and a mini fridge the breakfast was delicious! there are lots of restaurants nearby and the ferry station is a 7 min walk the views from the room are amazing at any time of the day

if using public transport to come here like me, don’t arrive before 9am or after 9pm because the transports finish and it is very difficult to get a taxi

Very clean hotel with daily room service. Close to the Como lake, as well as to the small and nice Italian city with beautiful architecture. Breakfasts are various and tasty, a lot of fruits, different bread, differently cooked eggs. Breakfast room is also nice and clean, with the lake view. I felt like they care about their guests and help in your particular cases (we arrived quite late when the reception was already closed, but they found the solution, so that we can reach our room).

The rooms are nice, the view of the lake is not exceptional, but it is still good for the price. Very short walk to the lake and the hotel provides pool/beach towels to sit on. The breakfast has a lot of choice, still very continental though and as a Brit I quite like a hot breakfast. Free spa facilities but no hot tub. Parking very good

You only get one card for the room and while you can ask for a second and pay a €10 deposit. The issue is the cleaner kept taking our spare card from the room meaning all the power went off. This made it a nightmare to charge phones/keep the fridge working on full power/keep the air con on and some days we just stopped the cleaners coming in. I don't even think keeping the air con on should concern management as ultimately you're using less power maintaining a temperature than the consumption when you get back into the room in the afternoon and crank the aircon up to the max. The public transport in domaso isn't amazing

Hotel is located right by the beach. There is a partial view of the lake, and a good view of the mountains Reception lady was nice and helpful The room is nice and modern and has coffee and tea, a table with chairs and a little balcony. Modern Aircon and what seems to be sound proof windows There is free parking and a very good restaurant in the main building. The beach is public so its a pleasure strolling along. The pool looks nice Breakfast was plentiful and had a huge variety of everything we loved it. Please notice beds r not really double but they are joined together in a comfortable way.

The hotel is located at the less glamorous part of the lake serounded by campgrounds, it was cheaper than other sea view properties , but still not cheap. It was September so we didn't hear any noise from nearby campgrounds, but I have no idea what it's like in summer. View was nice and could even be better since you see both lake and mountains, if it wasn't for the private villa right in front, somewhat obstructing the view. We couldn't keep the window open due to bugs of all sorts please please put mosquito nets!!!!

Lack of bar or anything other than breakfast. It could be so easily done and what the hotel is missing. Hot water was very patchy, at busy times you could just about get warm water. Rooms are functional, clean, tidy, but basic. "Linked" restaurant above reception was very unwelcoming, rude, we were told the staff were too busy to get us a drink while we waited for a table.

Good pool, great location being right next to the lake, good parking, good rooms. Everything we needed for a great stay. Breakfast was superb and the breakfast staff were excellent - tops marks there!

Just two things. The reception was a typical holiday hotel reception - only just good enough. It would be great if it could be better with really welcoming staff. The main restaurant staff were okay - maybe we just saw grumpy staff. For me the two most important things are a great location (tick) and wonderful staff. Hard to get good staff I know, but for me they were what stuck out as needing improvement.

This hotel was wonderful. It feels like you have your own apartment, because the reception is in different building and your hotel room is really private. Was quiet, warm, clean - literally perfect. And breakfast was best what I've ever seen - not too big, but so much choices of meat, cheese, fruits and some sweets. Parking is free.

The only thing what I didn't like is the location. I would give it 6/10, but it is not a problem if you have a car.

We loved our stay here!! Room was really clean, comfortable, interior was really nice and beautiful. Breakfast was great!! Location was also really good, only 2 minutes until Beach and it was really close to Varenna, Bellagio and Mennaggio, all the main destinations on lake Como. Staff was also really nice and helpfull! Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely come back here!!

Wifii could work better, but it was fine.

Great value modern comfortable hotel with nice pool, hot and cold buffet breakfast and private parking a two minute walk from Lake Como and close to several restaurants in Domaso, though we only ate and drank in the very relaxed Beachotel on the shoreline. One day we did a four hour walk around the lake enjoying the fantastic scenery and took a ferry back from Colico. Fantastic.
