A basic but clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Free parking was a bonus. Not many budget hotels offer this in Milan. Hotel is very close to main road but no issues with traffic noise. The location is a good balance of being able to visit central Milan but close enough to the motorway to be able to get to Bergamot Airport with ease. We stayed there on a final two nights before travelling home and found it a convenient location. Air conditioning worked fine and the room was a comfortable temperature. Travelling into Central Milan is easy, the M1 metro is about 20 mins walk or a 5 min bus journey and the hotel have a helpful guide for this. There is a supermarket and fast food within walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Checkout during the early hours of the morning when reception was closed was straightforward, and overseen by night security. Overall the hotel was very quiet, with no bar/lounge area there isn't much movement around the hotel by guests so it makes for a very quiet experience overall.

Very limited facilities. Only a vending machine in the hotel lobby. Not many restaurants within walking distance.

- The check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth - The room was clean and modern, and even had a balcony (even though we wish we could have chairs to sit there) - We enjoyed the free safe indoor/covered parking! - The city center was easily reachable by car from the hotel

The following points are rather subjective (reflecting our own experience): - It would be great that the staff at the reception offers a warmer welcome to guests (smile, etc.) - We wish the minibar was a bit cooler (it seems to just keep bottles of water at a correct temperature). - We found the TV position quite high in the room

Nice, clean hotel, spacious room, complimentary water, coffee and tea, free parking garage. No elevator access from the garage though. A bit far from the metro. Extremely strong smell of air freshner in the room, couldn't breath, we had to open the balcony door to air out the room, not pleasant with 37°C weather. No wall mirror in the room. Fridge didn't work. OK for the price deal we got.

The Hotel is very well situated - outside the center, but eventhough the center is easily reachable. There is a Metrostation approx. 1 km (approx. 20 mins by walk) away from the Hotel and you can get to the center for about 40 Mins. The price of the Hotel in comparision to what is offered in the center is very good. Although it is a low cost hotel and no breakfast is offered approx. half way to the Metrostation there is a georgeous Bakery shop. The Staff in the Hotel is very polite and provides detailed information for the surroundings - where what you can find. If you do not insist on luxurious stay and want to pay less, though to have a proper and clean accommodation, then it is worth trying the Hotel. There is an undergound parking!!!

The Sofabed was not very comfortable.

The Property is well maintained and is great if you have a car. It has a wonderful secure underground car park, which is well lit and very secure for the car. The hotel itself is very well kept, with friendly staff who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The rooms have a double bed and also a sofa which converts into a sofa bed - which was not the most comfortable but was a nice touch!

The Wi-Fi was quite weak on the 3rd floor of the property - I had to rely on my 5G to get through. Amenities were also poor - only a small amount of shampoo was available which just wasn’t enough.

The hotelroom is large. It is a little bit old-fashioned- although well maintained. The only thing we missed are chairs on the balcony and the airco did not work. You have a lot of space in the room, and the check-in and check-out were pleasant. If you want to visit Milan, this is a good option. It is near a metrostation or the road to enter Milan by car. (Be aware: don't pass ZTL zones, there are a lot of parkinggarages on the edge, 10 min drive). The hotel does not sereve breakfast. We did know that beforehand, however it is something you miss, because there are no food options nearby (if you don't count the MC Donalds). So make sure you have some food with you (or an another plan..). If you look good, you can detect dust on the furtiture, but most of the room felt clean.

The airco did not work, however it was not that hot outside at the time we stayed.

The neighbourhood seemed safe, just as the hotel. There is security at the hotel all night, also the hotel has a fence which is locked automatically. The room was very big, modern and comfortable. There was a balcony, a fridge and a lot of towels. The room was cleaned every day. The metro is a 15-20 minute walk away but it's still very easy to get to the city. I would come back.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Also had a toilet for disabled people which was a bit uncomfortable.

I like the room, it has a bathtub and kettle, tea, coffee, water, also tv even though we didn’t use it.

The information for the last check in is 23.00 or 24.00 so after we arrived from the airport we went for dinner first. Then suddenly the reception or the person from the hotel said 21.30 is the last time to check in, they’re gonna close. Then we rushed in to go. It was not pleasant at all. So if it’s changed to 21.30 please update it on the hotel profile. So no one get the same problem.

Nice and clean, good connection with public transport. Just 3 stations with 31 tram to metropolitana . Staff very kind, they have helped us when asked if we can iron our clothes. Underground parking was great too.

The smell in the room was too strong, I think was from the conditioner they use to wash the bed linens, I had to sleep with window open .

Comfortable beds, clean space, not very spacious but didn't feel cramped either. Helpful staff - gave us breakfast recommendations. Not too close to the city center, but we used the metro (about 20 min walk) and it was great to move around.

For the price paid - it was fair. Personally I would have enjoyed a second seating option in the room - the single chair provided was not always enough (for a family of 4) - but we spent most of the time outside the room anyway.
