The property is incredibly vast and beautiful with a very large pool and lovely gardens. This hotel is actually a hidden gem with easy access to lovely beaches. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely helpful, courteous and accommodating. The restaurant served superb local dishes. Overall, the Grand Hotel President provided great value for money.

The televisions in the room are tiny (less than 20 inches?), old, and have very poor sound quality.

We stayed for a night after arriving from a long-haul flight and appreciated the comfort and the dramatic location scenery. The hotel is situated outside Catania on beautiful rocks where there are deckchairs and nice lawns with a pool. We also appreciated that we had rooms adjacent to our kids and an outside patio which was private with beautiful outlook.

The hotel may be a little tired and musty smelling in the corridors.

Most everything was great - Staff and breakfast and dinner were first rate.

Although there were few guests - our room had a most dismal view of a car parking lot next door. The first room shown us was worse! Was that because we didn't book directly through the hotel????

Wonderful resort right on the beach! Exceeded expectations and the staff were incredible. The owner helped us out personally when we misplaced some luggage and to help translate with long lost family! Staff couldn’t do more to help.

We liked everything. The view was amazing and the food at the restaurant was superb. The beach chairs and umbrella was included, that was great, thank you.

To leave it ! We wanted to stay more hahaha

This is a classic beach resort. We traveled in April so it was too early to use the awesome pool complex. The rooms were comfortable.

Everything! Beautiful building and grounds, friendly and accommodating staff, reasonably priced, a number of amenities offered, very clean, and great location.

Ample parking, large rooms, a/c works as does Wi-Fi. Bed large and comfortable. Smart Tv wide. Tissues in room. Shutters for darkness. Quiet dark room

No free water provided in rooms which is unusual in summer in Italy. Shower is only overhead ie lacks hand hose. Breakfast ample and staff attentive. Will provide scrambled eggs, granola. Almond milk
