The hotel is in an excellent location near the Duomo and close to Piazza del Campo, so is a great base for enjoying the centro storico. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Friendly and very helpful staff at the reception.

The en suite was an old style Italian shower room with no separation from toilet and hand basin and the whole floor would get wet when showering. The reception messaged me with alternatives for parking ahead of time but even though I'm familiar with Siena, I found finding the hotel to drop my luggage hard and the car parking is a bit of a way away (mainly due to Siena's city-wide ZTL).

Perfect location and closer to the most important sightseeing. The building and facilities were nice and the architecture remains as it was built. It Matches perfectly with the Siena atmosphere.

we were carry on a lot of baggage’s and our room was in 2nd floor and the lift goes only until the 1st floor. During the reservation and receptionist told us that we could call the reception when we arrive at the train station and they would help us to get a taxi. When We got there I called the reception and they didn’t do anything. they just recommended me to wait for a taxi. the problem was that it was around 10pm and the number of taxes were low. we had to wait for many minutes or hour to get one.

Perfect location right in the heart of Siena. very close to the piazza del campo and the main Duomo. also the building is ancient and beautiful. and the guy at the reception is super nice and can recommend you the best places to eat and visit in Siena. for example we asked him were he like to eat and he sends us to a place outside of town and we ate the best Panzanella and artichokes we ever had! Parking is also a huge bonus for us because we travel with a car.

I would change the light in the room from white to a more warmer and pleasant yellow kind of light.

very nice location within the old city, quiet, amazing view from the room, very spacious and clean room, warm in the cold winter in Siena. very good breakfast. very helpful and friendly people working at the hotel. free parking nearby.

the only thing that I could think of was the shower - old style with no separation from the rest of the floor, which meant you had to be careful not to flood the bathroom. but only a minor inconvenience really and nothing major.

Good hotel, fantastic location.

If you come by car, ignore the hotel's instructions. Save yourself the hassle of driving around town and park directly in the Il Campo car park. It is only a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The location is perfect! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Good breakfasts. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. The hotel is in a very old building of historical Siena^ well modernised. We had a wonderful view from the window!

The shower could have been more comfortable but it was our choice. We preferred beautiful view from the window. The staff warned us beforehand.

The hotel has an excellent location in the historical center of Siena. Our room was very quiet and spacious. The interior needs some renovation, but we had everything we needed. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

It was quite difficult to find the address of the hotel, also due to road works nearby. Finding a parking was even more complicated, but we got good instructions from the staff and we succeeded in finding a free parking lot, 300 m from the hotel.

Location brilliant, getting too , don’t be frightened to walk. Our room 43 clean and practical with good views. Staff from Tony on reception to our two room service ladies super helpful 10/10

This is our problem , we like a soft bed ie Premier inn in the UK our bed was firm to painful (sorry) Duomo aren’t alone the other property we stayed at while in Italy was even harder.

The view from the room we stayed was amazing; the Duomo and Cathedral right in front of our window. This was the highlight of our 2 weeks trip traveling several cities in Italy this time, in terms of the view. Fortunate that the hotel gave us this room as I booked it at the last minute.

The location was excellent, very close to the Duomo with lots of food and shopping nearby. Sergio was amazing - so helpful as we navigated the city prior to and after checkin, providing so many helpful recommendations. The room was lovely and the view was unsurpassed, looking over the Duomo and the town. The lodging, breakfast, and staff were superb.
