With great pleasure, I would like to share my positive experience at this hotel. My friends and I stayed for one night, and it was truly delightful. The staff were so polite and kind, making us feel warmly welcomed. The breakfast exceeded all expectations! Enjoying a delicious meal on the beautiful terrace was an absolute highlight of our stay. Our room was spotless, and having a small balcony added an extra touch of charm. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our visit, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We felt really comfortable, overall fresh impression of everything. The food both at the breakfast but also in the restaurant was delicious. Hotel guests receive 5% discount in the restaurant for lunch/dinner. Nicely located, just 30 minutes stroll to the old town, 2 minutes to the bus stop and 1 hour bus ride to Verona.

The rooms could use some sound proofing/insulation as you could hear other guests on the hallway coming to their rooms in the middle of the night

Before entering the property the views are spectacular so if you want a swim and a stroll on the coast into Sirmione that was very good! The room is a standard hotel room. The host was very nice. It also had a balcony. It was good that they had a restaurant downstairs and we ended up eating our dinners there because the food and value for money looked best. Also it was very tasty. It had very good delicious breakfast included!

The shower was very small. My bf is 6.5 foot but even for me there was barely enough space to turn around without banging my arms into the shower doors. Some of the bits looked a bit loose and like they might come off any second so we had to take extra care. Also the swimming pool in the pictures is in another hotel that they have access to. Its about a 15-20 min walk to get there. So its not ideal

We got to the hotel right before sunset and the view of the lake was stunning. As we walked up to our room, we came across a small patio area with the lake view again!! Oh wow! The room was perfect, not that big but very confortable. Great AC. The bathroom was big and the shower was great. We borrowed wine glasses to toast for our trip and also got some Prosecco from their restaurant, simply delicious. Staff was so nice and welcoming. We had breakfast included, which is buffet, very succulent. Staff called a taxi for us and that was very nice too. I very much recommend this place and will visit again when in Garda.

Nothing really, all was perfect

It was surprisingly pleasant. We looked online at Google Street View while trying to find it, and it looked terrible, but it's obviously had a makeover since. The area is lovely and great for walks. There was a lovely little market while we were here. We also enjoyed the breakfast

It lacked a bit of the personal touch. We arrived and given the room, and that's it. But if you're looking to be left alone, it's great. The rooms are a bit basic but acceptable. It could have done with a kettle.

Room 1 was double aspect, light airy, recently renovated, modern and classy. Breakfast had a good selection. The coffee was the best I’ve tasted. Locals use it as well as residents. All Italians staying, no Brits, so felt properly Italian, not touristy.

Right on a busy, noisy bend in the main road, but the double glazing meant this wasn’t a problem. The swimming pool is a 750m walk down the main road, and belongs to a different residence, but the views across the lake make it well worth it, and you are welcomed, as well as feel part of the residence. Regular park and ride buses stop close to the hotel, so we used them. Not worth renting a bike in our opinion. Also, the best restaurants are on your doorstep, again in our opinion.

Small hotel. Modern and clean. Food in restaurant was excellent quality and reasonably priced. Couldn’t fault this hotel for the price we paid

We stayed in October so we had no need of the pool, but just for people to note the pool is a 5-10 min walk up the road at Villa Pioppi

The room we had was decorated much more modern than those shown in the pictures, and the hotel overall was great! The rooms had a free safe built in, with all areas of the hotel very clean and all staff were friendly. We chose to include breakfast, and this was a very good continental style breakfast. The location of the hotel is brilliant as it's so close to the lake and within a short walk of restaurants and shops, it was also located close to bus stops and a main road where it was easy to get a taxi.

Not a hotel problem, but just in case you are like me and perhaps skim through some of the hotel details/forget details when comparing different hotels, the photos of the pool area are from their sister hotel - It did not bother us visiting in March, but it did confuse me a little on arrival. The photo's for the Double Room are also a little misleading, we were on the first floor and we didn't have a balcony, or lake/beach view room. However, the rooms were much more modern than what is advertised, and we were very happy with our room nevertheless.

Absolutely fantastic location - cross the road and you are at the lake, which is so beautiful. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean & bed comfortable. Really loved our stay.

The pool is a 500m walk from the hotel, however this was no issue to us and we were very happy relaxing and swimming in the lake!

I didn’t know the pool is not located in the same building. You have to go to the nearby hotel around 5-6 minutes walk.. the information was on the website but one of the last one, probably I din not read it properly, anyway if they put as first picture the nice big pool is a bit disappointing that hotel doesn’t have it. However the whole stay was nice
