The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was plenty to choose from. It is 2 minutes walk to the bus station to Modena. 30 minutes to Modena. There is also a restaurant just beside the hotel. The last bus from Modena to this hotel is at 20:20 i think, so i have to be at Modena bus station before the last bus. The hotel was very clean and also they clean it everyday, and even folded my pajamas. They also have a bar. The hotel was a bit quiet i think. I can hear the noise upstairs every evening but i was sleeping good anyway. Thank you to Giacomo he was very helpful with information. Overall i would recommend this hotel. The price of the bus ticket to here was 2.90 and you can use it for 75minutes, so you can use it in any bus to city centre. You can buy it in the bus station. It was convenient enough for me travelling to Modena train station to Bologna for the Cosmoprof as Bologna was fully booked.

Although Parking lot is big other customers did not park well. When arriving late it was difficult to find a spot to park.

The size of the room was ok and with air-conditioning, minibar, internett, safe parking, and a calm area we did not miss anything. The breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. The personell was also nice and very service oriented. Late chech in was no problem.

The only weakness is that the hotel is far away from the main roads, but still not so far away from to the only ev charging station in Modena that works if not having Italian charging cards, which reduced this inconveniace for us.

Room was big, clean and bathroom had walk in shower. Breakfast was really good and lady was very helpful.

The restaurant was closed and there was no bar. Luckily there was a restaurant not far away who fitted us in.

Stephano at the front counter was exceptional. He welcomed us like family. Would like to thank Stephano personally for welcoming us. Lots of Australians would love your humour Stephano. Cheers mate.

The breakfast was very good, the room was good and the location out of the city was great for parking etc. The staff were helpful when asked.

The room was very warm and when asked we were to.d air conditioning was not able to be turned on.

Need renovation! Not 4 stars at all. The stuff was super super nice! The breakfast was great! Location was good. I recommend it! And like a bonus we received a present which was super super nice!Thank you :)

The room was large neat tidy and clean a great breakfast and the staff were very pleasant I would stay here again and the meals in the restaurant were fantastic

I was fine with it .I didn't mind but the restaurant was not in the same building it was 50 meters down the road

The person at the reception for check out, very funny and I smiled a lot. Breakfast croissants

The shower, the floor was about to flood. Dark room, not light due to a green curtain on the window.

Excellent breakfast, great staff, even got a little gift upon checkout.
