This is a little gem of a hotel. Lovely room, updated bathroom and balcony. Great breakfast and very good value for money. The pool and pool bar are excellent and very reasonably priced. Everything was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again. The pool restaurant is also wonderful, if a little pricey.

The only thing I really needed would have been a safe in the room. We were only there for one night, but had it been longer I would have like to have stored my passport and extra money in the safe.

Stunning property, great location just a short walk into the centre of Sorrento. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and the pizza night on Saturday was fabulous in the garden!

There was nothing we didn’t like, the only thing is it’s a 20-25 minute walk into town but we really enjoyed the stroll each night and it was not a problem/we preferred to be away from the hustle and bustle.

Everything about the property was great. Excellent pool, no need to rush out for sun beds which is something I hate. The rooms are clean and updated, staff helpful and drinks and meals good quality and reasonably priced. Overall excellent stay.

It was a little out of centre of town, 20mins walk. But then this made it very cost effective for Sorrento. But really nice to be in quiet area. The area Some excellent family owned restaurants and bars nearby. There is access to the sea nearby half is public but only has deckchairs low cost hire or bring your own. Otherwise you are paying a significant amount for the beach club.

The staff is Amazing. Pina, Roberto, Giuseppe and the staff always greets you with a smile. We felt like we were being treated like family. The staff is friendly, caring and give you a smile with each encounter. The staff is always cleaning, and we enjoyed the restaurant several times as the food is homemade. The pool is clean and not overly chlorinated, so we were able to enjoy it several days during our stay.

Really can’t say anything negative, except they were out of chocolate gelato for 3 days and that is our daughter’s favorite flavor….HARDLY A COMPLAINT AT ALL.

The pool area was so lovely. And the rooms were updated and clean.

The only thing we would say is that breakfast was a bit stressful. We felt like we were being monitored. We talked about it and thought it would be nice if breakfast were just included with no option to choose continental or buffet, or not included.

The pool was lovely and there was a relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. The staff were very helpful and they hosted a lovely pizza evening on Wednesday.

There was ants in the room but that could just be a problem in the area but it was annoying. The hotel was a bit out of Sorrento but you were in the centre within 20 minutes walk.

everything- it was clean - plenty of room in the bedroom - staff were excellent especially Michele in reception who was helpful when booking excursions and taxis - food in restaurant area was lovely - only a 15 to 20 minute walk to town square which is the central point for the town, which leads off to all areas of the town - over all a beautiful hotel which well maintained and looked after - we thank all the staff

if I want to be picky I would say more drawer space in the room and maybe some towel rails in the bath room but as I say that’s just being picky and there really isn’t anything we didn’t like

The staff were wonderful, couldn’t do more to help, really friendly as well. The room was amazing, really nice and big, comfortable bed, lovely balcony, very clean as well. Really really nice. The pool and bar was really relaxing and lovely to spend time around.

The breakfast could have been better as the Oat milk was a little questionable but plenty of choice and other things I could go for and did. No issues here

We had a big balcony which was lovely and the shower was big and really good also. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast particularly were super friendly!

Loved everything but unfortunately there were no umbrellas to provide shade for the pool

Short walk to a lovely viewpoint nearby with a couple of bars. Around 20 minute walk into Sorrento itself, which was fine for us as we wanted somewhere with free parking included. Rooms are basic but clean, and the shower was good. Staff were helpful with what to do nearby. We did a day trip to Pompeii, its around 15-20 minutes walk to train station, and the train itself takes about 40 minutes to get to Pompeii.

No cups in the room, would have been useful even to have a couple of paper cups as there was a fridge for drinks. No safe in our room.
