The hotel has a great location, very close to the train station, at a convenient price. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The check-in process was very smooth, and the hotel staff was nice and helpful. Overall, I had a very positive impression of our stay there.

The furniture and bathroom items were quite old. I can't say that this fact has somehow affected our stay there but it would be nice to renovate the rooms a bit. Our room was supposed to accommodate 4 people, but it only had one socket next to the table. Although they provided one extension cord with multiple outlets, it still didn't solve the problem because all our gadgets had to charge in one place.

Great location for city centre or trips by train & bus. Very clean place. Extremely friendly staff. To previous comments left by others: -It is easy to find as on the main road it has a sign higher up, on a post on the pavement. One just needs to look up -yes, the soundproofing is not desirable, but in my experience, all places of newer built are the same. I guess it is the developer’s understanding of affordability. -the shower tray is slow to drain, but it does-again, this is build issue…

I would have welcomed a coffee/tea making facility.

We slept AMAZING here. It was SO quiet and SO dark in the room. Bed very comfortable too. Felt like home. Had a cute balcony that was nice to see a bit of the view.

Little things. The signage to find the property is so bad..that definitely needs improvement because not only did we have a hard time finding it but I had to help a few people I saw having trouble. Shower so small and would fill up with water but it was ok for us for a short period of time. The smallest trash can in the world which may not be a big deal to some but for us it would have been nice to have a bigger one.

The staff are so friendly, kind & helpful. The rooms are kept spotless and the air con is divine in the hot summer weather. It's great value for money for the great location, only a 10-minute walk to the town square. the desk is staffed 24/7 which made me feel really safe. The bathroom was great, really spacious shower & modern facilities.

The beds were a little bit hard, but still easy to get to sleep with the air con on. Initially trying to find the apartment was a little tricky as there isn't a sign on the door of the building, luckily someone was out the front and let us into the building. I'd recommend contacting the property the day before asking for how to get into the building.

Clean room comfortable beds in a good location near the center of town. If you arrive by boat you have to climb a long way up a cliff to get to the hotel and center of town. To do this take a taxi or use the elevator to the right of the dock. Do not try to walk up unless you are very strong. The entrance to the hotel is from a side alley

It would have been nice if the hotel had told us to take a taxi or the elevator (lift) to reach the hotel. We did not realize the elevator existed. It would have saved us a big struggle to carry our bags up the hill

Great location close enough to the centre but far from the noise and crowds. Room and bathroom was very spacious and modern. The owner and her mum are the nicest people ever so so sweet and the guy who does the night shift is so nice!! Made you feel very safe and had a homely feel. Definitely worth staying here

Bathroom could of been a little cleaner and fresh towels daily would of been nice. Also to note there’s no fridge which is hard in the summer but we made it work.

The hotel was in a perfect location, close to the train station and the centre of town but away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The room was clean and tidy but is in need of a few touch ups.

Our bed was a little hard so not the most comfortable after a night or too and the walls are thin so you could hear the neighbours.

I loved that little hotel. We had a small room, but rooms are bigger there too. It was very clean clean. The stuff very friendly and helpful, i had a feeling that they are like family. The hotel is very close to the train station and buses and its just a short walk from shops, supermarket and the old town.

There were guests staying in the room next to us, they talked till late and I could hear everything.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and cosy. The staff that checked us in were exceptional lovely and patient. We were actually staying in Vietri Sul Mare but drove to Sorrento for the day and to go to Capri. However, as I am pregnant I felt far too tired to drive back and we booked Hotel Linda very last minute. They were very pleasant about this and checked on us to make sure we were on our way. The Hotel is just a couple of minutes away from Sorrento centre and next to a busy road so it was busy and bustling, which is be expected from Sorrento. But the staff showed us how to use the shutters on the balcony which gave us the peace and privacy we needed during the night.

There's nothing to dislike

This was a great location - friendly staff with great cafe right next door for breakfast!

Had to have air con on all night as couldn’t open door/window as too noisy outside - but a small thing really
