Views were so good. Girls at the reception were in high level. Nice pool, comfortable shuttle bus with nice driver. Food was good. Nice pool snack bar.

Room was small and outdated, no shops and restaurants near. No place for walking. Road near. Too load. Smoking allowed on balcony.

This property was beautiful! The views of the bay of Naples were stunning! The staff were all so kind and gracious… Angela, the property owner, along with Thomas, Giuliano, Olena, Giuseppe, Stefano and everyone else there were so helpful and accommodating. After our five day stay, the staff all felt like family. The food was great, and the property was very clean. All in all, an amazing experience at Hotel Prestige.

The hotel staff were helpful. The restaurant over the road was lovely and worth a visit. The hotel is outside of Sorrento and there is a shuttle bus provided by the hotel which is helpful however it may be good to have earlier shuttles available by request as the shuttles don't really start in time to meet with tours and it costs €50-60 for a taxi.

The room we had was on the ground floor opposite the toilets and the walls are very thin we could here everytime the toilet was flushed and people walking/talking in the corridor to their room it was difficult to have a good night's sleep as we were getting woken by the noise. I assume with a room away from this you would still be able to hear the neighbouring rooms.

The hotel is located high up on the hill just outside Sorrento and it has stunning views of Sorrento and Vesuvius . The staff , especially Angela and Stefano , made us feel at home and went beyond and above to make our stay very pleasant. The pool is lovely and has a great relaxation area with loungers and hanging chairs . Breakfast is also good. There’s a free shuttle to Sorrento

There is no restaurant at night and the only options is a stunning restaurant opposite ( food not great) or a lovely family restaurant a 15 minute walk away on the road (be careful walking ) The restaurant had a pizza night on Tuesday - which was great .

The staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive (especially Antonio). The views are spectacular. The rooms are perfectly clean. The pool area is lovely with amazing views. It is very good for gluten free options. Breakfast was amazing, lots of delicious choices. There are lots of good trips on offer.

The bus could have been on more frequently from earlier on in the afternoon. A light on the balcony would have been useful. The road directly outside is very busy but you can't hear it when the doors are closed.

Highlight of the stay was the friendly staff. Stefano was super warm and conversed with us; Fernando was really gracious toward my son. There was a waitstaff member at breakfast who spoke eagerly with us, too. Overall, the staff was exceptionally kind and friendly, which made this feel like a special stay. The property is gorgeous, the views are gorgeous, and the facilities are very nice. I looked forward to breakfast every day of my 6-night stay. Cleaners did a fabulous job with the room every day. We had a lovely private patio off the back of our room. I would return in a heartbeat.

The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. You can feel the springs through the mattresses. I think this is just a difference in European and American expectations when it comes to mattresses.

The hotel is in a beautiful location with amazing views. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus service is very good (essential due to the location). It is easy to book and there is always availability. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant over the road, which also has stunning views

It would have been useful to have a shuttle service back to the hotel mid to late afternoon. There are several in the morning, and then none until 5.30pm Milk in the room would have been useful as I don't like black tea and coffee

This Hotel appears to be a little distance away from everything but they offer a free shuttle to Sorrento regularly and the views are phenomenal, it is worth it for the views! There is even a bus from Positano that passes right in front of the hotel. The Front Desk is so helpful with figuring out all of what you want to accomplish. We wish we would have stayed at least a day or 2 more to enjoy the hotel more thoroughly.

The rooms were a little tight and the shower pretty small. It did not ruin our opinion of the place though. Excellent balcony too!

Beautiful views, lovely facility, and exceptional staff! Located high above Sorrento with views of the Bay of Naples and the Amalfi Coast from the snack bar above the pool. While not walkable to Sorrento, the hotel offers a convenient free shuttle or will arrange transportation for you, for a reasonable cost. There is an elevator, which was necessary for my 84 year old mother. The hotel's restaurant across the street (be careful crossing!!!) is walkable, has delicious food, and has even more spectacular views. They even drove over to the hotel for a complementary pick-up of my mother and sister-in-law! Breakfast is complementary, which is nice! Again, the staff is exceptional!

Need to be very careful crossing the street from the hotel to the parking lot. But that would not keep me from staying there again!

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning!! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms spacious. All the staff were very polite and helpful, reception staff provided us with local bus/train times. The shuttle service was brilliant 🤩 and the driver was very experienced and kind. It was my daughters 18th b’day whilst we were there and the staff went the extra mile providing her with a cake and singing Happy B’day to her at breakfast. Thank you all for a fantastic holiday! Sorrento is a beautiful place and well worth a visit!
