The location was good. The staff were very friendly. It is a value for money hotel with everythihng being satisfactory and clean without being a 5 star property. It is not a new property but very comfortable and a good location right at the end of the main street which is good because it wasn't quite so mad with crowds.

Considering the price and the hotel's age, I wasn't really unhappy with anything.

Was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. My room was large and clean. Looked better than the pictures. Aircon was fantastic. Really good location just at the end of the main shopping street. Didn’t have any issues with noise. Pool area was amazing. Breakfast was good and varied enough that you’d find something you’d like. It was a European breakfast so limited hot foods and more pastry, toast, yogurt, fruit etc. Staff were always so friendly and welcoming. Cleaners on my floor were especially lovely every time I saw them. Would happily return.

The shower did not drain at all. Had to turn it off while washing my hair to let it go down. Read another review similar so wasn’t surprised. Also didn’t affect my stay.

the only dissapointment was the balcony although the view was stunning the balcony was tiny not even big enough to put a chair and as i paid extra for a balcony i was very dissapointed as it is one thing i look for in a room to be able to sit on a balcony with a coffee it should be made clear the balcony is very small as other rooms had bigger ones but not such a good view and for me the bigger balcony was more important than a view.

The hotel is located 2 minutes from the main pedestrian area, in close proximity to many restaurants and cafes. The hotel's pool is heated and the water is constantly at 25 degrees; it is cleaned every evening. The breakfast is very good and varied. You can opt to have lunch by the pool; there is a different menu every day, and the main course and a drink at the pool restaurant cost €16. The hotel is clean, and the towels were changed daily. The furniture in the hotel is somewhat outdated, but this is compensated for by the modern pool and beach area.

Breakfast was great and the Staff were really helpful. The manager was really well organized and pleasant. The rooms were decently sized. The pool was modern looking and warm. They also had a singer that did really well on one of the room nights. The location was perfect for walking to nearby shops or to the beach.

I felt like the dinner was underwhelming. Many of the customers staying there were British, so it seems as they tailored the food to their taste. I also did not like that they charged for pool towels. The shower was also very small and we had issues with the lights turning off in one room if we were using a plug in another room.

One of the nights I was there, I called the front desk to arrange a wakeup call the next morning. The phone rang and rang, and nobody answered. I went down to the front desk and the guy on duty said that he had been busy doing other things. He was not particularly polite. The hotel needs to address that situation by adding an outgoing message.

The location was absolutely superb! In walking distance to the port, bus stops and restaurants. The staff on the front desk made our stay even easier for us as they were so helpful with everything. We arrived a little earlier than the check in time, but the staff were very accommodating in letting us leave our bags and use the pool whilst we waited for our room, which was also ready an hour before the usual check in time. Breakfast in the morning was great, with a wide variety of pastries and cooked food. There is also a pool on the first floor which was ideal for us on the hotter days. Room size was perfect with air conditioning.

Shower was absolutely tiny without any lighting.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Sorrento - a good breakfast set us up for the day. Lovely pool where the staff were pleasant.

My wife and her friend were stuck in the lift for 45mins. The reception staff were not really that interested in making sure the ladies were OK. A maintenance man came after 40 mins and thankfully the ladies were released. When we spoke to the front desk we got no satisfaction and management were never available. We were not looking for any compensation just an acknowledgement of the situation would have been fine.

There is everything in this hotel breakfast is included, live music in the evening, swimming pool on the 1st floor and Jacuzzi on the accessible roof terrace with a marvelous view. Cleaning Room service daily with changing the towels. Iron was provided by the request.

A bit old design of rooms. Expensive mini bar 5 euro smallest crisps pack, 3 euro 0.5l of water.

I wouldn't be deterred by any negative reviews you read about this hotel. We have just returned after a two week stay, and would definitely return. The location is excellent, within walking distance of everything you need in the town. There's a supermarket next door, Marina Grande beach is an easy ten minute walk on the way down, and a cheap, regular, local bus will bring you back up if you don't fancy the climb. All the shops, bars, restaurants etc are easy to walk to, and on the whole, the food in the restaurants is excellent. Our rooms were a very good size, spotlessly clean, and had balconies with stunning views over the bay and Mount Vesuvius. The rooms were quiet at night, with no noise to be heard from the road below or any neighbouring rooms. Breakfast consisted of a vast array of choice, was plentiful and of good quality. The dining room was expertly managed and due to the efficiency of the staff, supplies never ran low. Without exception, every member of staff we spoke to was polite, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. I won't hesitate to stay again in the future.
