the Property was always clean and tidy. The rooms were designed beautifully and well thought out. I loved how it was a 2 min walk to the main square and in the heart of Sorrento. The staff are amazing and kind. Our room was always clean and tidy when we came back. We also had our wedding during the week of staying here and the staff we’re congratulating us and gave us a small bottle of Prosecco to pop. Another great thing we loved is that you pretty much get breakfast in bed every day. you have to tick off what you would like in the morning and what time you would like it, then in the morning you would have a knock on the door and your breakfast will be at the door. You just need to wheel it in and enjoy. No need to get ready to rush down for breakfast like you do in a hotel before you miss it. Overall I would 100% recommend this beautiful property you wound be disappointed. Thank you for Having us.

That there wasn’t a lift up to the property but on the plus side you get to burn off the pizza you had that night

Everything was perfect, the staff were lovely and the room was comfortable and clean. The location is also so good which contributes to the value for money. Its in a quiet location away from the busy street so you cannot hear anything. Also its next to train and bus station which makes travelling so easy.

The hot water for the shower only works in extremely short bursts and will suddenly go cold - you are told about this it is just a little bit inconvenient especially if you want a long shower to wash your hair.

Very clean, modern and rather spacious room. Well-organised and easy self check-in. Excellent breakfast delivered to room with many options, rather generous. Less than 5 min to the station, excellent and convenient location. Highly recommend.

Rather limited hot water supply for shower. Walls are rather thin so you can hear what's happening outside your room, but if others are responsible and thoughtful then it isn't an issue.

5 mins from the train station neat and clean, quiet and cosy decent breakfast amidst the central with lots of shops and restaurants the shower and shampoo provided is good — love it. friendly host, who prepared a nice set of breakfast items for us to take away when we said we had an early train to catch. nice lovely oranges trees lined streets we had the room with balcony!

no elevators — a real workout needing to carry heavy luggages up 3 floors somehow, there are no lightings at the stairways when coming up at night, though you can switch on the lights when coming down the stairs 🫤 hot water for shower- general feedback seen is about inconsistent water temp. actually the trick is to turn on the water at 75% (not at full blast) and you should be able to enjoy a constant flow of warm water throughout your shower

Nadia was a great communicator and extremely friendly. She was extremely helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. It was my Husbands birthday and Nadia went above and beyond to organise some sweet treats and prosecco for him which really made our arrival special. The room was very well decorated, comfortable bed, clean, lovely bathroom and most of all warm room. I was also pleasantly surprised to see a bidet in the bathroom, which was a great thing to have for freshening up. The breakfast was very good, I know my food and there were a lot of options and the taste was great. Especially the pancakes, scrambled eggs and italian meats. Everything about the stay was great, from the location to the apartment entrance which was beautifully decorated. We will definitely be staying at this venue again! Thanks again Nadia, 5 stars!!

Wonderful place to stay, clean rooms, great design, not big but conveniently arranged, clean and organized bathroom, perfect breakfast, the service providers are kind and willing to help in everything, very close to the city center

There is no parking in the place, nor is it easy to find the place from the street, there is a large iron gate at the entrance to the street that is closed and only the residents of the street can open it. There is no elevator and it is on a high floor, so it is really not suitable for people with disabilities.

The room had an excellent set up with breakfast bar, mini fridge providing still and sparkling water. There was a coffee machine, soaps and shampoo and an extremely comfortable bed. The air conditioning was good and the bathroom was nice. It was very clean and the breakfast in the morning was great. We even had a cute balcony area to sit out in. The location is excellent being right next to the train station and a very short walk to the centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful!

The shower was environmental so for this reason it lost hot water quickly and you couldn't shower for too long. This is ok though for the heat in Sorrento.

Staff were so friendly, breakfast delivered to your room each morning on request, good location. Block out blinds were amazing to keep the sunlight out.

Stairs to the room, but not much you can do when you’re in Italy. Was not very quiet

Excellent breakfast. Each day we received a breakfast menu with various choices of coffees, juices, jams, cold cuts, egg options, pastries etc. and we got to select what we wish for our breakfast the next morning - which was then served in our room which had ample space for that. Excellent staff. The host shared various great recommendations with us for cafes, bars, restaurants or trips. The person preparing the breakfast was an absolute treat, super nice and attentive. High quality facilities and amenities with daily room service. Very pleasant scents everywhere. Great value for money. Prime location: 2min from the train station, 10min from the core city centre, 15-20min from the ferry port, right next to cafes, bars, restaurants but very quiet at night, so great to sleep. Easy self check-in.

Located on the third floor without elevator, so might bring challenges for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was fantastic.

The only thing we were expecting was an elevator. The 67 steps - especially with luggage - was difficult.
