Immaculate and cheerful; tastefully, thoughtfully and comfortably decorated. It had everything we needed. A lovely space to spend time. It is a VERY old building that has been updated and restored, we loved the feel of it. But make no mistake, everything worked, it had every modern convenience. Spectacular stay, charming town!!!

We went for Spello because of what it was, an ancient Italian hilltop settlement. Given that, the roads are small and difficult for driving. We parked near the residence, walked in, and strolled around the town. Everything was easily reachable on foot. But you cannot easily drive right to the door to unload. For us it was not a problem, it for some it might be an issue. The owner Monia was VERY helpful with helping with our bags, getting us to the right parking lots, etc.

Absolutely everything about this stay was perfection especially our wonderful hostess Monia!! In the heart of gorgeous Spello we absolutely fell in love with this perfect little apartment, with the most comfortable bed, with two pillows each, lots of hot water perfect shower pressure and all the little things you might need to have a comfortable stay!! And Monia just went above and beyond she made our stay in Spello wonderful with her recommendations and her smiley disposition!! We would tell everyone to come stay here!!

Our stay at La Residenza Dei Cappuccini in Spello was wonderful. The location was perfect, living alongside local residents which gave us an authentic insight in to life in Spello. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.The location was brilliant as we were close to restaurants, local businesses and attractions. Our host was very friendly and helpful , giving recommendations about where to visit and eat in the village. A fabulous stay in a gorgeous setting.

Monia and Gianluca were very professional and excellent hosts. Very quick to respond both before and after check-in poviding tips on restaurants and grocery shops near by. The apartment has great location easy to access Spello on foot. It is very nicely decorated with modern bathroom and a beautiful entrance though a private courtyard where there are some tables that you can enjoy a tea or coffe on. It is clean and comfortable great for short stay at Spello. Recommended!

Small details really: WiFi was good and fast when you are connected but as soon as your phone sleeps or is locked you need to log in each and every time which is annoying. Also the kitchen hob took over 20min to boil some water for tea so it would be quite hard to cook on. (used the hob to boil water because Electric kettle was full of limescale bits so we couldn't use it and didn't have any vinegar at hand to quickly clean it)

we feel in love with Spello and this location was ideal. gives you the feel of what it would be like to live there. We definitely will go back to Spello and would definitely book here again.

I would say the only possible negative would be the window in on the street so you hear people walking by. but like I said, you get the feel of what it would be like to live in a small Italian city.

the apartment is perfect for a few days in Spello. location is perfect. it is bright and cheery and comfortable.

the kitchen could be stocked better: a cutting board, oil, salt and pepper would be great. I would also suggest stocking something so renters can do basic cleaning of the bathroom, for example.

Location was excellent. Monia was extremely helpful in getting us settled in the apartment. She even took extra time to help us out with some difficulties we were having with our local cell phone.

WiFi was a little inconsistent. Hot water in the bathroom sink was very slow.

Location is good, however it was differen from location on booking.com. only found out the exact location 40 minutes before arrival which is difficult for walkers on the Franciscan way

Little atmosphere sparsely furnished. Kitchen had good equipment yet not typical for italy where there would be some oil, salt and pepper.

Cosy, confy and very clean. Few steps from the centre of the beautiful town of Spello. Great host, really helpful and friendly.

The location of the room was incredibly lovely, just like the pictures. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed.
