The room was perfect for what we needed, and the pool was absolutely perfect! Very clean and room service did a great clean every day. Beautiful views from the pool, and also the restaurant balcony - full ocean view! Had a wonderful stay. Also there was a lift to help you get up and down instead of having to walk up and down the steep hill everyday (only noticed this on the 2nd day though, whoops!)

It was a shame there weren’t any food or drink options for you to enjoy by the pool, they only do breakfast and dinner, the rest of the time you have to go down to the beach restaurant. Also, definitely a huge shame that you have to pay extra to stay on the beds in the beach, and quite pricey as well- €50 per day some of them! would have that that would’ve been included.

I've enjoyed staying at this hotel several times through the years, and most likely come back again. This year the breakfast was really exceptional, great job, guys! Thank you!

everything was fantastic, maybe the only thing that kind of bugged me is that, I believe, the pool towels should be included in the room (especially if you book a superior room) since it's a hotel with a pool and beach (at least that's what I've seen in other similar places)

The view from our room was outstanding. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the room itself was spotless and cozy. However, what truly made our stay special was the staff, who were incredibly kind and supportive, treating us like family. They went above and beyond by personally fixing our car when most of the local repair shops were closed for the holidays and others refused to help. We are deeply grateful for their assistance. There was nothing to complain!

We've been staying in this hotel many times over the years. The superior room is nice and comfortable with a terrace, a beautiful view, and a spacious bathroom. This year finally there was a shelf in the shower to put your soap and hair products, we appreciated it a lot! Delicious breakfast, this year seemed even better than before!

The air-conditioning in our room was a bit malfunctioning, it maintained the established temperature only during the day, not during the night even though we kept the windows closed

I went with my daughter and we had really good time. The room was very comfortable and spacious, very clean. Big comfortable bed. We had a sea view which was amazing. Breakfast was buffet with so many thnigs to choose from. Good value for the price. Also nice that hotel has a swimming pool and the private beach. The sun bed's were extra cost. The amazing thing was that the sea is so beautiful and clean, cristal clear water. It was the most beautiful sea I have seen in the northern parts of Italy.

I didn't like that the parking of the hotel was extra charge. And the road by the hotel was a bit noisy at times.

Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking sea view, perfect for holidays. Easy access both to the beach and city center (which is very hard to find in Liguria area. The rooms are small but clean and very comfortable.

Taxi transfer to the airport and intermediation for booking the beach would be a big plus, especially for foreigners. I hope they will implement it in the near future.

We liked the comfort, the beach and the amazing kindness of the staff.

The only thing I really missed was the ability to make coffee in our room. (I learned the day of our departure that I could have been provided with an electric water boiler by asking at the desk. ) However their morning breakfast in the main room is fabulous! Also I wish they had the main information about the services provided by the hotel on paper as opposed to having it online.

The location ist really nice. We had a room with balcony and Sea view. The room was clean and modern. The Personal is helpful and even spoke German. Breakfast is ok.

The Restaurant was well not bad but also not special. I advise you to go to a beach Restaurant nearby. The "Bagni Velazzurra" is the Hotels Beach. Guys... 43 € for 2 Sunbeds and an Umbrella per day in the front rows and 30€ in the back rows. This is way too high. Walk for 2 mins to the left and go to Bahia Blanca. 30€ front rows, 20€ back rows (not even as far back as Velazzura). With the saved 10€ get a Glass of wine (or Beer) for you and your wife.

Great location, directly across the street from the beautiful beach. Parked in front of the building, very handy. Staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us suggestions for restaurants in the area. Pool area very nice. AC worked great. They have an outdoor lift to take you to the street level to walk to the beach, also very handy.

Restaurant was not open for dinner, but there were several restaurants within walking distance.

Very modern large rooms. Very good breakfast and a nice pool with a great view

As we were in the newer block our view was ruined by the older building in front ( though to be fair I the room was categorized as partial sea view). The new block is a little inconvenient to reach as you have to change lift a number of times.
