Unfortunately it poured rain the entire day we were in Tarvisio, but fortunately our room was an extremely comfortable place to spend the day - we could even sit out on the large covered balcony; there was a small fridge to keep our lunch food and a cozy table in the corner at which to enjoy it. It's only a few minutes walk to the small downtown with shops and restaurants. We ate one night in the hotel restaurant - the food was good, but portions were a bit small for 3 hungry cyclists. Breakfast both mornings was diverse and tasty, including fresh pressed creative juice shots and bacon and eggs to order (omelettes were very good!).

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Edelhof very much! We arrived by bike, 3 hours early before check-in time and were allowed into our room right away by a friendly lady at the desk. Excellent service! The room was spacious, the bed very comfortabele, good working airco and a lovely balcony. A retour ticket for the cable car to Monte Lussari appeared to be included in the price of the room! Again, excellent service! Mount Lussari is an absolute jewel and worth a visit. The bikes were safely parked in the garage during the night. Breakfast was excellent, with good coffee, fresh fruit, enough choice in bread, cheese and meat, and eggs. Even chia seed pudding was available.

Nothing, we enjoyed every bit of our stay.

The rooms and facilities were really clean, cozy and they have that pleasant rustic vibe. Staff are really friendly. The restaurant is top notch - do not go to dinner anywhere else! We enjoyed their spa as well, the sauna was great.

There wasn't anything not to like here

This is an exceptional hotel, with top standard facilities and great room/bathroom sizes. Breakfast is abundant and the quality of food is exceptional. We stayed also for dinner, which offered top quality food and presentation. Staff is also really helpful and super nice. Highly recommend it!

Nothing, everything was top quality!

The choice for breakfast was great. The surrounding view was magnificent. The local town had everything we needed and more, friendly people. The staff were only too happy to help.

I liked nearly everything, but rooms on the photos from booking were more fansy and stylish. So I had some expectations))))

The staff were incredible, helping us organise lifts and giving advice and generally being very accommodation. The hotel itself was beautiful and the breakfast was great.

You should add some vegetables. At least tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce

The place has a rustic feel, but the facilities are modern. I would definitely stay again. They serve excellent if expensive dinner.
