The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. The breakfast was to die for. The coffeer gave you that extra boost to get you going in the mornings. The rooms were cleaned everyday and and all round cleanliness. Central, near the train station and good value for money.

The only downfall was that we could not reserve a parking for our stay and sometimes had to park on the roads outside the premises.

Breakfast was wonderful and the server was great. Good parking was available.

For us this was an expensive stop over and for the money it was just an average room. It was very nice to have 3 beds however that left no space for our travel cases. We were tripping over each other and the cases.

Room is pretty big, good bed with good mattress. We didn't have any noises from the street and the resturant was nice, specifically the waiter who was really nice. We also have a place to park our car.

Although it is mentioned that the place includes A/C, the A/C can haveonly heat option during this time of the year and it was a bit hot in the room.

The convenience of the train station and the hotel being close by within walking distance. Breakfast was included and was very good

From what we gathered, the pool was also inside the hotel and a fitness gym. Very surprised to know that both were quite a distance away. It’s just better to be honest with your clients so that they are more prepared when they stay at your hotel.

Had a lovely stay at this property! I arrived late walking over from train station, and there was a gentleman outside waiting for me upon arrival. He escorted me inside for check-in, which was a breeze. Lovely hotel overall, would highly recommend. Very convenient (walkable) to train station. Comfy beds, very clean room/bathroom/etc, cold AC, iron was available upon request. 10/10 would recommend and I can't wait to visit again!

Large, attractive room and bathroom, helpful staff, large balcony and bathroom.

WiFi codes never worked; bit of a nuisance getting the staff to help so kindly with that. Controls (heating/ air conditioning, massage bath, shower) all rather complex and even inscrutable to me.

Location was very good for train and bus stations yet within walking distance to all the well labelled tourist sites. Excellent facilities, comfortable and a very good breakfast. Lift to rooms. Helpful staff

The hotel was good though the thing that made it stand out for me were the staff - particularly at reception and the waiter at what is a very good breakfast. They were just lovely people. Thank you team.

Location is pretty central but it suffers from surroundings that have not yet been renovated.

Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is just off the pedestrian zone, and within walking distance of the railway station.

The shower cubicle needs to be changed.

Very comfortable hotel. Reasonable restaurant (except cappuccino which was disappointing Weak and not hot.

Power points near the bed to charge devices. The only socket I could find was under the desk and inaccessible to someone of 81 with arthritis!
