This hotel has a lot of character and is in a good location being fairly close to getting back on the motorway though there is no road pnoise. We had a peaceful stay there and good food. The room and staff were nice. There's also free parking on site.

The hotel is used as a truck stop therefore there can be a lot of lorries parked out back. We were woken early by the sound of trucks starting up but we did have the window open as it was hot. It didn't spoil our stay there and I appreciate they need to cater for the truckers to continue giving value for money to hotel guests.

The room was very clean, it was quiet and had good blinds so we slept very well. We also liked the food at the restaurant very much. It was simple, fresh and tasty. The personnel at the front desk were very friendly.

The location was convenient being close to the highway however it's not particularly nice. Still this was better than many places we have stopped close to the highway which we regularly do.

Price, location, excellent & good value food. I couldn't understand why this out-of-the - way country hotel had such a massive dining room when I checked in. Then I came down to eat an hour later :it was absolutely full of truckers, being just off the motorway. And they clearly know what a good deal this place is. (but don't get the wrong idea, this place couldn't be less like Watford Gap services!)

The hotel is close to the highway, perfect for a stop while travelling. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves dinner. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. The garden around the hotel is very pretty. The room was clean.

The breakfast was simple, but good. The location was well reachable from the main road, hotel itself looked really nice with lovely courtyard and rustic atmosphere.

It was rather noisy, it was hard to sleep. It was really hot outside (about +37C) and the air-conditioning did not work, making sleeping almost impossible.

very nice rooms, great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. the territory is amazing. the restaurant has delicious local food with affordable prices and desserts was outstanding.

the only problem was an awful chemical smell in both our rooms - it was there even until morning((

Nice place for a stop over but wouldn't want to stay more than a couple of nights. Tv in room and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good.

Seemed more like a truck stop than a hotel. Car park was full.

The receptionist was very helpful and the hotel very rustic. The restaurant, food and staff, were very good and excellent value for money.

The aircon was not the strongest, but it worked and made the room very comfortable.

The staff is super helpful and flexible going beyond their usual duties - we arrived by the time the kitchen was closed but the staff went an extra step to provide us some warm meal 👍🏻🙏🏻❤️ Rooms are very clean, a bit old fashioned but served our 1 night trip on the way home perfectly. Free parking, not far from the highway, early breakfast, Covid security measures. Best impressions! 🙏🏻

There was nothing not to like 🤷‍♀️ small things that do not make a difference - We asked for a double bed but got twin beds and the blankets were too thin for the chilly night.

Very correct hotel. Value for money. The room was spacious, with simple and practical furnishing. The room and the common areas were really clean and well kept. Free well working Wi-fi. Quiet environment. It is possible to park in the patio, just some steps away from your room. Conveniently located if you are traveling by car since it is near to the highway. Check-in possible until midnight, which is not so common for lodging in the area.

Due to Covid regulations, the breakfast buffet was not directly accessible, but you had to choose and a lady put it on a plate for you. This made the whole breakfast a little slow.
