Apartment nicely decorated, very clean, located on the first floor in the shade. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Location very good. Very close to the beach and supermarket. Peace and quiet. A surprise for us was the possibility of parking the car in the underground garage.We will remember our stay at Le Residenze di Santa Costanza - Le Dimore with great pleasure. It was our first stay in Italy. Everything was at a very good level! Thank you.

nice apartments, which are located very conveniently! next to a very good grocery store, good area with good free parking! walk to the sea 7 minutes! everything is close and convenient! big apartment with very nice balcony!

poor soundproofing, very weak microwave, you have to wait a couple of minutes after each person so that she rests, cools down! Do not cook pizza in it! no kettle, no spatula for flipping scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs!

Spacious (were upgraded), good air conditioning, huge balcony, well equipped (missing dishwasher), free parking, proximity to the town and beach (~400m), great natural beaches a few kilometers away. Pool area was very clean and lots of plants around.

The shower area needs to be redesigned/refurbished to meed today's standards. In general the interior facilities need a bit of investment to make the place look fresh again.

The apartment was pristine! lovely linen pillows and comfortable bed. Access to the beach a 10 min walk all on the flat no uphill so very easy. Main shopping street with restaurants a 15-20 min walk. Nice and quiet but so close to everything you need.

San Vincenzo is a great place with kilometers of sand beaches with very clear water. Appartments are close to the coast. Helpful personnel, parking for free, pool on the rooftop.

We missed some basic equipment like corkscrew or kettle.

The appartments are close to the railway so you hear the train passing. It wasn't a problem for us but I imagine it might be for light sleepers, maybe ask for a room facing the other side in this case. We received a great mini-package with everything needed to clean the kitchen (sponge, wipe, bin bag, detergent) but there was no cloth to dry/wipe the washed dishes. No coffee-maker or water kettle, no basics like salt, pepper, oil, sugar. Double bed was actually two beds pushed together.
