We have stayed at the Trapani Belle Époque B&B Hotel for 14 days, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel is small and charming, yet it stands out for its exceptional cleanliness. The owners clearly prioritize maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, which we appreciated greatly. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible hospitality provided by Matteo. He was always accessible and eager to assist us whenever we needed help in Trapani. Matteo provided us with invaluable information on where to go and how to get around the city, making our trip much more enjoyable. The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. There were plenty of choices, both sweet and savory, ensuring that we started each day with a delicious meal. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is easy to get to the beach and the city center from the hotel, and there is a supermarket just a three-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Trapani and we are grateful to Matteo and his wife for making our visit so special. Thank you again!

Close to the Historic City Centre. Close grocery store and family-run coffee shop with hot table. Ideal, delicious, and inexpensive calle Bar Gnam. Recommended by our Host Matteo. We also appreciated the interaction with our host and his family each morning. The breakfast was local cheese and cold cuts, cereal, fruit, homemade freshly squeezed juice, coffee, cappuccino, homemade apple cake and freshly baked pastries. This place had an authentic Italian feel. Highly recommended?

If most places had this type of service everywhere. This place needed a Fender Guitar! 😂

Walkable to the old town. Matteo was very attentive to communication. We felt safe and room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast had savory and sweet items. Great wifi.

No kettle in room for hot water. Parking was not on site. It was free on the street as long as you could find a white painted spot. Otherwise a blue spot meant you paid, and a yellow spot was only for residents. B&B owners shouldn't advertise free parking if this is the case.

The host Matteo has a super personality and goes out of his way to help with any request or answer any question. Breakfast is a good selection of sweet and savoury. The cakes made by Matteo's mother are every bit as good as other guests have mentioned. The room size was generous and tastefully decorated, with a superb ceiling. The B&B is opposite a restaurant/bar called the "Rolling Stone" (excellent food), which is very popular - we enjoyed an evening at the restaurant (be aware that the portion sizes are on the gigantic size!) and never once had our sleep disturbed by the music or patrons during our 10 night stay. We travelled by Segesta bus from Palermo and got off at a designated stop that was literally only a 100 meters from the B&B - we used the same designated stop to catch a Segesta bus direct to the Palermo airport. We also travelled to Erice by local bus from this same stop (as the cable car was closed for its LONG winter maintenance program). The B&B is quite close to the train station (which we planned to use to go to Masala but chose to take multiple trips to the Agadian islands instead). The Liberty Lines ferry terminal is a comfortable 20 minute walk from the B&B - it has a very well cleaned WC inside the waiting room and there is a super popular gelato cafe located opposite.

The bottom sheets used on our bed were perhaps a little on the small size for the bed.

Matteo is a really great person and host who is very hospitable. He facilitated our late check in and gave some information on the surrounding area (although it would have been nice to have some specific restaurant recommendations). The room itself is large, clean, comfortable and has everything you need, it's maybe just missing that little bit of charm and uniqueness but nevertheless, a good place to stay in Trapani

The hosts, Matteo and his wife, were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Prior to our arrival, they provided clear information on where to park our car nearby at no cost (a plus). Matteo speaks fluent English (a real plus!) They are native Trapanese, so they could give clear guidance on which bus to take to the Erice gondola, where to find a good laundromat, where to find the best couscous restaurant and more (another plus). I can’t omit the quality of their breakfast. Variety, quality and locally sourced (much from their own family’s farm). So delicious.

Mateo is a super friendly host that takes care of his guests! He serves great coffee and I am definitely going to miss these sweet breakfasts. :) The B&B is located very well, good connection to the airport, ca. 15-20 minutes walking distance to the port in Trapani. Very clean, spacious room with comfortable bed.

It can be a bit noisy in the morning but it is usually like that in the city center and it cannot be avoided. If you have trouble with sleeping, maybe ask for the room that does not have windows on the street.

The best vacation of our lives. The room was large and clean. Bathroom beautiful and clean. Service at the highest level, delicious daily breakfast (always my favorite orange marmalade). Matteo is a wonderful host, helpful, kind and smiling, always willing to help. I recommend it with all my heart and We will definitely come back again. Thank you Matteo for everything!!!

The owner Matteo creates very pleasant atmosphere and is definitely one of the "top things" during our stay. The breakfast he served was very tasty, the added value was all were local resources. The rooms (we stayed in double room apartment) were roomy enough, even though there might be more hooks in room to hang clothes/towels to dry. Bathroom was roomy and clean enough, the shower was very nice, practical with enough space for put things down. There was AC in both rooms. There is a SISA supermarket 5 minutes from the accommodation. You can borrow the sun umbrella from landlord for free.

On the balcony there could be more space to hang/dry bathing suit and more tweezers (even though at the end we bought them in the supermarket.

The space was nice and clean, and spacious as well which was nice. Matteo was a wonderful host, very friendly and always made us feel at home and willing to help out with anything we might have needed. Breakfast was also very good, plenty to choose from.

Not much, only thing we noticed was that as our room was next to the street, a fair bit of noise came through from the window. Room was a bit cold as well (early April) but this wasn't a big deal for us as there were plenty of duvets/blankets.
