I chose the property mainly for the central location to visit both Trentino and Lake Garda, and with the Trento Card they provided it was very easy to use public transportation to get around. The friendly staff were very helpful in answering all my questions. Breakfast was enjoyable. Clean and comfortable facilities. I only used the pool once but it too was clean.

Nothing although maybe if the pool water was warmer I might have enjoyed the swim more.

The location was convenient; easy walking to restaurants and city centre. Staff provided good recommendations. The pool area is quite nice although the actual pool is quite small.

There is no air-conditioning or fans, although the listing said there was AC and the staff kept telling us it would be fixed. Although it was cool outside in the evening, there was no way to get the cool air into the room. I would not visit this property again in the summertime.

Had a delicious glass of Chardonnay on the charming terrace during late afternoon. Also, the breakfast was great, the dining room and common areas all beautiful.

Nothing I can think of -

Everything perfect. Clean rooms and beds. Daily cleaning. In addition, in time for the Christmas market which was a bonus.

Hard beds, but this is a subjective view and my preference.

impossible to get the right a/c temperature in the room to make it a comfortable sleep. found out you have to ask the front desk to set it up for you… in the last of 3 nights. I understand and I’m all for energy conservation, but I expect a great sleep in a hotel and just didn’t get it.

The exceptional friendliness of the staff, particularly Chiara and Sara, but the breakfast ladies and the room cleaner were also very nice. The whole hotel was very clean, tidy and there was a very bright aspect with garden views..

Our TV did not function on our last night...not the end of the world!!

We came over the alps by bike and these was the best hotel on our trip. Very clean and quiet room + you could use the shutter window - best sleep on all these day's. Further we could use a washing service. Also the location is perfect - direct in the city.

Nothing to complain..

We had a very delightful stay in Leon D'Oro. My father had already been in the hotel 30 years but he could only recognize the lobby – everything else was renovated and the rooms looked brand new with a very modern, quite luxurious (in our eyes) shower. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet super delicious. We would definitely come back, thank you!

Friendly and welcoming staff. Very good location in walking range of the city centre. Free parking available at the property. The room was clean and warm with a nice view that let's you get a bit of an impression of the city. We didn't have breakfast so can't vouch for it.
